Bro I worked for o2 and I'll say it's 100% accurate! The worst date I pever went on was in that exact same zizzis.... There's was one quote which made me laugh so hard I cried and stopped breathing.... When talking about insurance "the only thing we are better at than selling is misselling" if you worked in a phone shop you KNOW!
Worked at P4U as well, top earners league days! This show is so accurate, we lived the dream then, got paid so we'll, all walking in to work in flash suits 😂😂 p4u was the wolf of wall st of the phone shops.
This show digs into the psyche of what life was like in those times and the climate of the work place when climbing the cooperate ladder. It’s portrays the different scenarios of what happens in a close knit (localised) work space with people from different walks of life, with their own problems and characteristics on how they see life. The rank system in every workplace is highly polarised, mixed in with comedy and clever one liners- made this show really enjoyable. I’m sure a lot of people who watch this could relate that to real life people they’ve come across!
Agreed. It's like looking back through a lense of exactly what it was like back then especially working on the high street. Definitely nostalgic. We had it good then and we didn't know it.
😂😂😂😂 No. I worked in retail. It has a few elements that hit home, but the rest is over exaggerated, sometimes surreal, but *very funny* nonsense. Your comment is gold, though 😂😂!
we work dat shop floor from the till to the door and even out back where we smokin some draw - but we dont really do that so dont try to get me written up for that business there
There’s a few Ross Kemp references in the series like the painting of him urinating on people in a skip and when razz Prince says ‘you said it was a Ross kemp replica’😂
