This is soooo fun and easy to follow! Thank you! I had a smile the entire time, I’m very over weight with most fat distributions on my back, upper back, arm flaps and stomach, so this definitely toke me out but I did it all in one go! ❤🎉
For those who might be looking for inspiration, I’m 160cm and 77kg which is very unhealthy and I struggle with simple cardio, often find myself getting out of breaths the fastest within my friend group who are same ages as me. I’m planning to lose 5kg to 10kg this summer - autumn. please wish me luck and I hope you will reach your goal too, we can do this! 🫡🫡🫡
