- The place we got the tuna bowls was from Sansyumori.
The shop that let Taku prep the clam has a youtube channel, Naha's Kitchen if you're interested in seeing more: / @nahaskitchen2760 - Навчання та стиль
I love your relationship. Food brings me closer to people forsure. I like that Taku shows you his culture and food and I’m sure you probably do the same. Love that energy :) love you both as a couple!
Jocelyn is gorgeous.
Hey give her a chance
Does she have a sister? Asking for a friend.
Yea but she has like no personality this whole video is taku talking. And its supposed to be her channel
Creme Jockey she talks more than like any other video! Lol give her a chance bruh don’t be so thirsty

@Deacon Darwin Thanks so much for your reply. I found the site thru google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff now.
Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.

TakLyn the World reminds me a LOT of Strictly Dumpling and Simon and Martina....a perfect marriage of food and fun.
One of the only channels I'm consistently excited to hit the thumbs up button
This is a great video!! Thanks for sharing look forward to the next one!!!💝💝💝💝
I am in love with Jocelyn's eyebrows. She is so beautiful.😻🖖❤

Jocelyn looks amazing with black hair. It really brings out her eyes ...
Not taking away from the vlog...just a mention. Love you two ❤️
Hey folks, check out Danish donuts called Ableskivers...the look just like the Sata andagi...the Ableskivers are a bit smaller. The Danes break them open and fill the hollow interior with honey or jam. The special Ableskiver pan can be found on-line or in most high end cookware outlets around the bay area. Thanks for sharing the "behind the scene" action/stuff.
happy to see you guys together
Guys I so much wanted to be there with you to taste the wonderful seafood. So fresh, colourful, and well presented. Yum yum yummy yum!!! Great watch. So I'm off now to get some sushi and sashimi just to feel a part of your seafood market experience. Thanks guys. Love it.
Knife is life! Great video. Keep up the awesome work guys!
Gonna be in Okinawa next week and can't wait to go to the fish market to try all that delicious sashimi!
Second channel content on point. Great work guys!
More videos!! Enjoy them much more when Jocelyn is a part of it. But like the culinary skills and techniques of Taku... 😊😊😊😊
Chef,
Definitely missed the transfer of channel. Love what you guys are doing and looking forward to seeing more!
Great video guys thanks a lot!!
I love OCL, then found this gem. Love it as well.
Jocelyn's channel and Taku's channels together make an outstanding experience.
Taku's? Outdoorsy, simple hunter gatherer content with excellent chef skills.
Jocelyn's? *Everything* behind the scenes, a more in depth look at their personalities and relationship, great snippets of the local markets and food, contextual knowledge behind these establishments, and cool learning experiences.
The channels together map their whole journey together so us viewers don't miss a beat.
It's really, really cool...and they need to f*cking get married already! Lol jk....but really, tho.
I love this channel
Omg those cats are so adorable! They have such good manners.
Love this channel! Jocelyn, you look gorgeous! Great video guys!
You do not pub this enough on the Outdoor Chef Life channel. Please do so. This is GREAT.
Thanks for sharing!
Just found your station and really love it! Great! Be well! Be safe!
My favorite beer of all time is Orion. Surprised Taku wasn’t slinging one back with that. Cheers you guys.
I love y’all videos !!!! HI FROM HAWAII
That all looked amazing! I hate being landlocked. I wish my state had any kind of fish market.
I’ve always mixed wasabi and shoyu, my pops taught me that way. They’re so good together, no need for segregation or rules
Looks like fun Taku & Jocelyn!!! 😍😁😊
love this channel
yeah, we will go to Makishi public market in a few days too.
wish i could be there everything looked great!
looks amazing!
AWESOME CHANNEL YOU, TWO. THUMBZ UP.
Always love your vids! Keep up the great work. It would be great if you could include a couple things on the video (maybe as text), price in USD (and local currency) and then a Taklyn the World rating out of 10 or whatever scale. That way we can get better feel for how good it is. Thanks!!
Very creative name for the channel! Love it
thank you!
Rewatching some of your videos, why? Idk, but I definitely loved this Japan trip ya vlogged.
Kona crab is great raw with sea salt, and inamona (roasted candle nut) or steamed. Should have grabbed the nodoguro (rosy sea bass) very tasty and oily.
Looks good!
wow, I HAVE to go to Japan by next year I want all that sashimi!!!
Things to do and great places to eat if and when I ever get to visit Japan! Good stuff! Thanks for sharing with us.
I miss Japan and Okinawa. Lived in both. Sapporo and Okinawa.
I like your videos. Educating and fun. God bless the two of you. Another flavorful video. I am from the Philippines. Come visit our country and see a lot of seafood we have to offer and beautiful scenery to behold. Besides, its a lot cheaper to buy stuffs here. See you soon. MABUHAY!
I love your video
Dude! I wish I knew this was associated with you guys earlier. I would have subbed day one.
Hi lm from Zealand and I love my seafood love your UA-cam thanyou
New Zealand
omg, i just realize this was a new channel, sub and like right away!
i like how you take turns shooting each other.
You’re girl is beautiful! 😍
love you’re foraging videos
That grape shaped seaweed is called calupra rasmosa ,all of that looks so yummy, 👍🏼
Squeezing lime onto soy sauce is something filipinos have been doing forever. Add some vinegar, bit of sugar, minced onions, chillies, garlic and even ginger.. and u got urself a sauce for almost anything grilled or deepfried
I'm mad at myself for not seeing this episode sooner!😅😭
Looks bomb!
i would want to wake up to her smile everyday
More more content like this!!! Anything similar in bay area? Driving out with my crab snares soon
I like the honest opinion of Jocelyn. Taku is like me everything weird or not is good. My wife is more on the apprehensive side when it comes to stuff.
Food look so tasty
Amazed how Jocelyn was able not to violate her white shirt!
I probably wasn't paying attention at your Outdoor Chef Life channel but, did you alert your subscribers about this channel? You and Jocelyn work well with each other. Great video you two!
Just mentioned it in 2 videos for OCL. We'll be mentioning it whenever Taklyn has a video that relates to the OCL channel, we don't want to push it too hard in case people aren't interested in a vlog channel.
@@TaklyntheWorld you have opened up a new market with this vlog. Promote it as people will watch it. Your vlog will bring in the wives or girlfriends of the fishermen who watch OCL. You should see the comments and responses from other channels that involve couples like yourselves. Your "views" and "subscriber" count already verifies that people like this channel. It becomes something like a soap opera for youtubers (without the drama). LoL!
If you don't wish to mention this channel, just post a link in the description box and continue to have related TtW video boxes at the end of your OCL videos.
Oh nice Jocelyn and taku
You guys ever see a 7-11 crab? It's also called a 7-spot crab, but there are four more spots on its rear end, and no one can figure out whether to count those, so it's a 7-11 crab. I caught one when I was a kid in Hawaii in Kahaluu
I love umibudo :D I was eating that yesterday. but we don't call it umibudo in Philippines, we call it Lato.
Damn new channel!
$9.00? That tuna bowl looked amazing!
wow,love those eyebrows!!!
Squid Ink soup ! Now there's something that might take a lot for most folks to try.
Love seeing new videos ! Im at work and I've literally stopped to watch haha
Nice
Now I want to go to Japan
Great video, great food, the people looked very friendly also; Funny that Jocelyn has more appetite than Taku :)
Also to get such quality food for such a low price, compared to the US, makes you think a lot, and it's not like Japan is a 3rd world country, which usually would explain the price difference, there is no excuse for pricey & bad food in America, food for thought....
Food will come. Food always comes to those who love to cook.
Chef Hiro was here. 😁
Looks like Chef Taku is following Chef Hiroyuki's Footsteps. 😁
Good afternoon
Are you guys full yet? Haha making me hungry, like always
16:13 Inuyasha sound track ? i knew I've heard that song somewhere
Right?! I was like, "Hey! It's a song from inuyasha!"
Taku has far superior plating skills!
cool vids, could you please put the prices of the dishes in the future! :)
Nice food
Good Afternoon
Fun video; I miss Oki 😢. So brave to wear a white T...I always end up wearing soy sauce 😂
I’m dying watching this 😢😊
"KNIFE IS LIFE" from Alex Dowunder, Tasmania!
i like to watch your videos buddy, where is this place in Okinawa??
fantastic show loved it maybe i can go myself some day
Dang...make me hungry
Cool stuff! The first fish market was Tsukiji?
It was Makishi Public Market in Naha, Okinawa.
@@score2high So neither one was Tsukiji? Interesting. I definitely loved this video and the varied high quality seafood shown off one of my favorite videos on UA-cam in a while for sure!
@@geno5360 No, Tsukiji is in Tokyo. Both fish markets in this video is on Okinawa.
Quite different than the Okinawa I grew up in.
Wtf, I've lived here for a year and I've never been to a fish market like that. Fuuuuck I'm missing out!
Ok weab
Are u still in Okinawa? I know a couple of places
I love eating sushi 🍣 with the peppermint thing (Idk what's it called)
What is the name of the fish market?
Sata andagi!!! I miss my grandmother's andagi! When I was little I used to watch her make it using no measuring utensils, everything by hand. But it always came out the same. Too bad you didn't get a chance to have some pig feet soup while you were there.
Go to the Philippines you can find more kinds of sea foods
oishi!
