I love that you both took the leap of faith to explore your life’s passion! I think what keeps me watching is you both have such a humble appreciation for what the world has to offer and willing to just go for it and share it in a way that displays your free for all skills and talents! You’re willing to learn from others and share their passion with us! Thank you. I love Japanese ramen more than what we islanders call Saimin. And I came across this instant ramen that I loved! The packaging gives a little history as well. It’s called Nissin Roah and comes in different flavors, so far I like the Unami tonkatsu! The noodles are delicious and the soup is the closest to ramen soup base. Just need couple thin slices pork, egg, and top off with some black oil! But I think I’ll head to an Asian store to find some of your products here! I love butter min! But the lobster sounds pretty tempting! Again, thank you!
You both inspire me to keep doing what I do, and you both allow me to gain new perspectives in life. I’m a college student so I don’t get out much; however, watching and rewatching your videos remind me that there is so much more to experience out in the world. Thanks for being our eyes for some of us who can’t travel at the moment. I look forward to the next videos you both will put out.
Loved hearing your thing about Craig, I was watching him at that time too and remember your comments on his videos! And now you run my favorite UA-cam channel, and I'm so glad you do! I'm sure you and Craig would make an incredible series that I'd love to see someday! Thank you for sharing your knowledge, experiences, and your lives with us!
Second time here..probably fourth......you kids are so cute. ......for the van look at Yohei. So adorable more of that, i love her shutting you down lol and you embracing it adorable
Loving this series! Will you 2 go out and eat somewhere and film it? Off the beaten path places seem to be the best in any locale. I follow Craig Evans as well what a mountain of knowledge he has! Starting to learn about mushroom foraging from Catch and Cook California. Mainly morels here.
Yes, a beer sampling video or several. I know Bend, Oregon isn't near the coast but they have a lot of good breweries. You could also do a camp, catch, forage and cook. Maybe catch a kokanee(not the beer) for Jocelyn or better yet, she can catch one.
I've watched all your videos on your main channel and now I found your second channel while searching for every bit of content you guys put out. Love what you guys do and how you guys carry yourself. Hoping your channel(s) blow up soon so you won't have to worry about finances.
💛...great video...could you do something for people on restricted diets?...i'm diabetic and have high blood pressure, so, rice and noodles are rare treats...of course, fresh seafood would be great, as well as a lot of foraged foods, but, it would be hard to maintain such a diet...btw, dungies are back in season...also, if i'm not mistaken, wasn't there a collab with c&c california, that was a hunting episode?...anyway, i think i'm hungry now...
@@kazzmo1 oh, and another thing...(in my best columbo voice)...there's that too, plus gout...you'd think i'm in terrible shape, but i'm just depraved...or, deprived...i tend to indulge rarely, but when i do, i sadly pay the consequences...but, it's sooo good...so, crabs and clams and oysters just view me as a minor threat...but, still, i'd like to know about the various methods of c&c, just to be prepared...and taku is the best...
Hi guys, Taku with your experience how are the possibilities for restaurant consulting, catering, product (online marketing ingredients, cooking ware & dishes) development or content in videos about nutritional & medicinal value of foods and variety of recipes...
Some constructive criticism: your views might have gone down after you quit your job because that is right when you started to travel. Your core viewers are probably from the Bay Area, who view your videos because they are local and relevant to us here in the Bay! Occasional travel videos I think are nice, but I personally enjoy the videos more of Bay Area activities because they inspire me to get out in my own backyard. They are educational and useful, which I really enjoy more than travel videos, because there are sooo many travel videos out there.
