  • Yorkshire pudding is more like bread than pudding, with a salty taste, coffee cup shape, hollow and soft in the middle, and crispy on the outside. Since Yorkshire pudding absorbs the gravy easily, it is served with roast beef.
    Yorkshire pudding was originally served as the first course of dinner, with thick gravy and cheap ingredients to pad the stomach first, so as not to eat too much more expensive meat later.
    Using the grease and blood dripping from baking, plus flour, eggs, and milk, a simple meal is complete.
    recipe:
    2 eggs
    Milk 250cc
    Salt 2.5g
    All purpose flour 150g
    amount of olive oil
