Actually in the live action he has a eating disorder. And people forget that most of the characters in wheenie the Pooh has some sort of mental or physically disorder or any kind of disorder.

I love how they keep Winnie The Pooh’s story and thematic essence whenever Sora visits. I hope his world will always be accessible in future mainline kingdom hearts games, because even if it’s part isn’t as prominent in this one, hundred acre is in all three main games. It’s a heartwarming reminder of childhood innocence that we keep in our hearts, and something that should ever be forgotten.

Even though the majority of you aren't fans of the 100 Acre Wood world in the KH series, I really enjoy that it serves as a "breather world" in the series from all the Heartless fighting and the interactions Sora makes with Winnie the Pooh and his friends were cute even if the endings for this world tend to be bittersweet (Sora saying goodbye to Pooh).
Lastly, I know people tend to dismiss this world as being "irrelevant" compared to the other Disney worlds in KH3 (Olympus, San Fransokyo, Toy Box, etc..) but in actuality from 13:00-13:53 it does serve as an importance to Sora's character development on not wanting to lose his friends and just like what Merlin said: "Whatever's lost can be found again."
Finally not only is it nice to hear Jim Cummings as Pooh and Tigger again but also it's nice to hear Tom Kenny (SpongeBob, Ice King) voicing Rabbit in this game after taking over the role from the late Ken Samson since the 2011 film and to be in a KH game alongside Carlos Alazraqui (Mike Wazowski).
I'm hoping we return to this world in some of the next KH games.

This world is irrelevant! So is twilight town. Poohs worlds were fun as hell in KH 1 & KH2... this time it’s pointless as hell. Twilight Town is just bogus In KH3
OMG after 11:19 when Sora says “Except I can feel it. Our connection’s weaker...” hit me in the feels! I didn’t even expect to feel so like sad, feel bittersweet in Pooh’s world omg. Bruh if Pooh’s world hurt me omg I’m not ready for the rest of this game.

Sora: I can feel it. Our connection is weaker. Why is that?
Me: Because Sora you are going through the hardest part of any child's life; you're growing up. And as you grow up, your childhood innocence fades away until its little more than a memory. It's as if Pooh is a manifestation of childhood innocence, which to most kids he is, and Sora's weaken connection to him is a sign of him going farther in life as a growing adult and leaving his younger days as a kid behind.
I'm actually very glad that they never make us fight any heartless in this pure and innocent world of Winnie the Pooh. Because having to watch Sora grow up and apart from Pooh and his friends (and in the process remind all of us of the sad part of growing up) is hard enough. Oh, how it makes you wish you could turn back the clock and relive your carefree youth all over again.
I think the reason, as stated by other commenters here, was that because he almost fell into the Deep Sleep. 👉👈

Rolee Mack I know but after KH2 and to some degree Pooh's Heffalump Halloween, Gopher remained largely absent due to Disney wanting to stay true to the original AA Milne stories which is why you didn't see him in the current Winnie the Pooh media, the 2011 film and recently Christopher Robin.

Merlin probably convinced pooh and his friends to kill off eeyore, his gloom and depression were a constant threat to the peaceful innocent world of honey acre. Being the most negative character in kh universe, He could've became extremely powerful vessel of darkness, to rival even xehanort. No one would've been able to stop him. They had to take him out while he was still weak and vulnerable.
Eeyore was the true master of darkness.
Or he was the actual Master of masters in a new form

I think this visit to 100 Acre Wood was oddly somber in a way. Sora feels he’s getting too old for Pooh and losing his connection, like he’s lost the feeling of childhood innocence he had before. Even the world itself looks more faded and washed out, like the book is showing its age.
Oh man..
He’s growing up I feel like that connection is gonna fade more in kh4 if sora finds a way to travel between quadratum and the other worlds

Oh, and it's nice to see Lumpy in the game too. Who, fun fact, was voiced in this game by his original voice actor's younger sister!

I'm pleased they got Tom Kenny back for the role. His impression comes very close to Ken Sansom and he did a good job on the 2011 Winnie the Pooh movie.

As silly as it sounds, I personally wish they had made the Winnie the Pooh world a full blown world with Heartless (at least ones that look like the Backson, the Heffalumps, and the Woozles) instead of just a minigame, but this is still nice. I’m glad they got Tom Kenny back, I know a lot of people didn’t like his voice for Rabbit, but I thought it was neat.
Well, this world is there to be a "breater world" so adding heartless would destroy that purpose.
As mush as I enjoy Peter Capaldi, he did not fit the role as Rabbit in Christopher Robin.

I cried so much at the end of that world. At first I was happy that Sora is growing a little bit in this game but after that world I was sad and I wished that he stay a child. ;(
Also Sora in that sequence is in an urge to say goodbye. When rabbit say to him that he could help he said what in a way that suppose he doesn't want to. And the second time he sigh. Plus he wanted to say goodbye.

I allways enjoyed the Pooh world in KH.... not this time. It was quiet dissapointing. Just way too short, just one minigame and no page searching this time...
I think they could have done something like Sora meeting Lumpy in this world all by his own and with every found page, he tries to introduce Lumpy to the other characters, who are at first afraid of him.
It's possible it was a last minute add-on to the game. They did the whole page search twice, so it might of been unoriginal by this point. Plus it really has no impact to the story besides the whole "Sora was loosing his connection to Pooh because of darkness" bit. I can understand that, I suppose.

They probably minimized it so its impact wouldn't affect the game if they had to cut it in the Chinese version due to China's hatred of Pooh.

Two things I wanna know:
1. Why was this so short compared to KH1 and 2?
2. Why did they get rid of Eeyore and Kanga and replace her with Lumpy? I loved Kanga!
I think 1 is because as Sora is growing older, his connection with Pooh is fading. (Just like Christopher Robin) plus I think Square acknowledged that a good portion of the fans didn't really enjoy playing this world so they shortened this bit out.
Because Lumpy needed his time to shine!
From what I heard, Eeyore's Japanese VA passed away at the time. No idea the reason for Kanga though.
At least Gopher and Lumpy were acknowledged for once. I mean have those two even interacted outside this game?

Most likely they cut it short in order to use that development time on the much larger than typical other worlds in KH3. They probably would've removed it entirely had it not been so expected and honestly considering the lackluster effort here they probably should have.
I really wanted to enjoy the 100 acre woods, but with only 3 mini-games that are exactly the same, it had me craving much more.
Because we never really go to that world as much...also sora you disappeared at the end of the game so now Pooh will be sad again :/

It’s too bad I won’t be able to hear him in Kingdom Hearts 3 because Square Enix put that game in there as a Cloud Version which is a lazy excuse,
And Unreal Engine runs really well on the Switch since Yoshi’s Crafted World and Spyro Reignited Trilogy and SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle of Bikini Bottom Rehydrated and SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake and Dragon Quest 11 are also on the Switch and are also powered by Unreal Engine.

I would have like for this KH, a world based on Piglet's Big Movie, following the memories of Piglet that showed him that he has always been a part of the group. It would have been so original, instead of minigames, just pure and touching lore.
Also holy smokes this is the first time Gopher and Lumpy are in the same content.
Yep. Lumpy never interacted with Gopher before due to Gopher's absence when Lumpy first came.
This is my most favorite visit to the 100 acre world.
Not only all mini games were super entertaining, but i left the world feeling so peacefully happy.

I just got through this world today, and I was stunned by how short it was. I was expecting to go on another lost pages hunt, but this may very well have ended up being the shortest world in Kingdom Hearts history!
Also, anybody know what happened to Eeyore?? And where the fuck did Lumpy come from?

Lumpy is a cute Heffalump who befriended Roo in Pooh's Heffalump Movie and was also a recurring character in the TV show, My Friends Tigger and Pooh.

I don't care what people are saying about the Winnie the pooh world They have Lumpy. You can't have Kingdom Hearts without the 100 acre woods world. Hate me all you want for saying this but am I the only one who thinks that they should do a super sleuths crossover? that way they would still have missions and challenges to do. I know it sounds stupid but really think about it. It's not as stupid as you might think.
