That opening, that's how you start out a mic comparison video!!! Excellent video
Awesome stuff! Appreciate the comparison and loved the blind test at the beginning
I really love how you did tested them ...that really helped!
Thank you for this review!
Really appreciate this video! Great review :)
Very helpful. I particularly liked the blind ABC approach, in which I actually preferred the Yeti. I suspect a lot of the Snowball's very audible boxiness is due to nearfield reflections from the monitor screen and cinder block wall being poorly rejected by its pickup pattern. Just a thought.
This was very helpful, thank you. Definitely getting the yeti for some basic advertising videos.
honestly its amazing how close the yeti and the Nt1 are to each other just like there isn't double to quality from the snowball to the yeti there isn't 3 times the performance from the yeti to the Nt1... honestly if anything this just proves you don't really need to spend more than $100 on a mic until you get to the very professional stage where you're easily gonna spend a couple grand on an XLR DAC alone and maybe a few grand on a XLR mic.
THANK YOU!
I would absolutely stay away from Blue yeti microphones or logi as they are called today.
They simply don't support the microphones they are not repairable by Logitech. So if you want something that holds up I would go with another brand like Shure, Rode, or Mackie.
Go with a company that repairs their own microphones.
I liked the sound of Mic B to be honest.
is it worth the 100 dollars for the blue yeti?
Blindly I rated c 1st a 2nd and b 3rd, though! really. But I had to listen very very sharply focused!
thank you
I could not hear even the tiniest difference until the audio-floor section. The audio sounded exactly the same to my over-40 ears. That's what happens as you age, the subtlety sadly goes away.
Nice testing. You did great👍
to be honest, the difference between the Yeti and the Rode is so neglectable, I wonder where the price difference comes from. I'm no audiophile but other than the noise floor, it's barely noticable at all.
I switched to a Mac a while back and Audacity wouldn't open on my Mac, it kept crashing
Weird... Hope you get something figured out :/
I can hear the difference.
I would say skip the snowball, get the yeti and upgrade from that later if you still think you need to.
Make more videos about audio.
Working on some rn!
whatt .. option a is the best in audio here! but i know u didn't use the mics right ( i mean you're room not good for recording)
"Hello everybody my name is Jason R., welcome to Five Nights at Freddy's."
He does look a lot like him
It was in my mind but I couldn’t pull it out of my mouth
I feel like they all sound the same no
Option B sounds more muffled. A and C sound best... I'm still watching so I don't know what's what yet
@@YouMotorcycle Interesting, maybe my headphones are different, the snowball had lower volume and lower bass, the other two was very similar and had a lot of reverb for me.
