Germany vs Spain. These are 10 differences between 2 of the greatest European countries! Do you agree/disagree with any of my observations? Please comment below!
@Efren Cruz Well I've been already in religious debates for a couple of decades so I already know what everyone says & I chose to be Muslim. One question: What does this have to do with the video about Germany vs Spain?
I liked Germany from the 70s to the 2000s. Especially in the first 10 years after reunification, there was a great spirit of optimism. But now society seems to be very divided, industry is moving abroad and the economic situation is deteriorating. I prefer to live in my Catalan village. 😊
4:49 I proudly speak basque ❤️🤍💚 I am learning catalan and a little observation; aranese, a dialect of the occitanian language is also an official language in Spain🙃
@@οτρόποςπουείμαι The person who wrote that didn't have a clue. I live in the oposite corner of the Iberian peninsula (Alicante) and I've seen many handsome basques. And they are not "a district", actually they were already a distinct community/nation in Roman times. That's more than 2000 years ago...
I just learned that aranes is also an official language lol, thanks for the info haha I esperem q també siguen oficials l'asturianu, l'aragonès i el català d'Aragó!

Average salary in Spain is actually 1700 euros and sangria is the most popular drink for tourists, I have never tried it for example, and people barely drink it, people drink more beer and tinto de verano (which is somewhat similar to sangria but definetly not sangria). But hey cool video
What? Southern Spain in August gets unbearably hot, while Germany in wintertime is mostly rain and slush. I prefer to be in Germany in August and in Andalusia in March for example.
This has to be one of your best episodes Gus 👍 I live in one of the countries, and have frequented the other, and can safely say that all economic, human and social parameters considered these two, along with New Zealand, Scandinavia and the Netherlands constitute the world's 10 best countries to live and work in.

In Spain they work to live but in Germany they live to work. If you reduce existence to a mere relationship between productivity, work, and efficiency then Germany is the best country in the world because everything is centered around that. And then I’d add Japan. If by the contrary you see life less in economic terms but more in leisure, pleasure, playful, like a pendulum oscillating between the contemplative and the intoxicating then Spain is like no other country. To me work is very important and I’d say when working efficiently I feel very fulfilled and accomplished. But when in Spain I definitely feel more alive, like this is the real thing. And I realise that not everything has to gravitate around work. Eventually I won’t be able to work anymore and I dread to think that I’ll be thinking where is my life gone?
Well, I have never been to Spain, but I went to Berlin last year. I love it and unlike other people I like German language a lot. I hope I can speak it one day.

Why sorry? Now we are happy that they come because Mallorca lives of tourist money. And they aren’t drunk here now, usually they aren’t that drunk as most germans think. Saludos!
@@οτρόποςπουείμαι It is strange that a police officer told you that, since the GDP of tourism is 11-12% (depending on the year), and there are sectors such as the automobile, agriculture and metallurgy, for example, that have a higher percentage. That it is an important sector, yes, that "feeds our children and these people are paying our food", no. And I have seen police officers calling attention to tourists who were not behaving. But if someone is drunk but they are not bothering anyone or causing any harm, they will not tell you anything, if they do, they will. By the way, if you want to attack or offend by saying things like "I'm fine with being Saffa and not Spaniard", "it's fast food vacation destiny", and then protect yourself from possible responses saying "don't take me wrong, it's a matter of dignity" (as if to imply that there is no dignity here) ... At least if you attack, don't be a coward trying to disguise your attacks with false manners. With certain phrases that try to be derogatory, and not opinions as you say, it is more than clear that you are trying to offend, and then say "it is not to offend" ... I personally find it funny, a little courage (and lie less) it wouldn't hurt you.The dwellers of here are also fine if you are not Spanish, quite.
@@οτρόποςπουείμαι In the first place, I have not said that Spain is wealthy, I have said that there are other sectors that give more income than tourism, you should still improve your reading comprehension. And yes, agriculture is an important sector, and there is metallurgy, believe it or not, it is not my problem. I'm not going to elaborate much on Latin America, because if they looted so much, I don't know why at that time South America was so prosperous during all that time, hospitals and 32 universities are not built in places that you just want to loot, the black legend gives me pain from head and you should educate yourself, contrast and read yourself, it is not my task. Again, you go back to being fake and cowardly, saying things like "eaters bananas" and then saying you don't want to offend. And you are not going to be called a racist because you are a white South African, you are called because you are, I refer to your own phrases. Saying things to a liar like you (I don't believe a police officer would say such a thing) is not showing pride or being arrogant, it is making things clear. And despite everything, although my country has its good and bad things, I will not be crying that it seems that is what pisses you off, that we do not let false people like you try to fuck with lies and pretend that we shut up. I know the reality of today, unemployment, political corruption and other issues, if objectively you had talked about it, I would not have told you anything, because it is true, but since you tell lies and try to be offensive and also hide your hatred and racism, you I replied. You alone with the things you write, you are the one who shows yourself to be a racist, in the second comment your mask has finished falling off. You should take your autolike off, ridiculous.

I was several times in Spain, sometimes a whole month. I even speak more or less good Spanish, so that I can talk to the people. Of course I make some mistakes but I guess they understand me and I understand them. (having said this, there is still room for improvement :D ) And every time when I was there I didn't miss a thing from Germany. If it would possible to work in Germany and live in Spain I would move to Spain. (and maybe thanks to _el bichito_ this sounds not that unrealistic anymore )
In general I would say the food is way better in Spain. Even some (food) products which are available in both countries (same brand, same type) are better in Spain.

Only with the one that Spanish is hard to learn. Well, if your language is of Latin origin .Spanish is easy to learn, well, mostly English speakers.
Sangría is for tourist only
Germans are not so efficient neither punctual (specifically trains) and Spanish are not so laid back (trains are extremely punctual)
It's pretty hard to see spaniards drinking sangria, young people mostly drink beer (a LOT OF IT) NOT SANGRIA.
There are many stereotypes
I would prefer Germany over Spain, but I still absolutely love Spain!
Sangría is totally old fashioned in Spain, nowadays is just for tourists.:)
Tinto de verano is similar and cheap. LIDL sell it in Spain in Summer like a river
Both countries are nice but I prefer Spain 🇪🇦 for a subjective reason: I'm a Mediterranean guy who speaks Spanish 😃
@Efren Cruz And why should I do that?
@Efren Cruz Well I've been already in religious debates for a couple of decades so I already know what everyone says & I chose to be Muslim.
One question: What does this have to do with the video about Germany vs Spain?

I liked Germany from the 70s to the 2000s. Especially in the first 10 years after reunification, there was a great spirit of optimism.
But now society seems to be very divided, industry is moving abroad and the economic situation is deteriorating. I prefer to live in my Catalan village. 😊

Spain is normally a good country. And Germany is a very easy going country and clean country.
Flamenco is entirely an Andalusian thing. Ive heard alot of bagpipes throughout my time there. The best thing about Germany? The Prussian influence.

@@marcor5886 in spain the university graduates have to work for 300 - 600 euros for 2 years to gain experience so the companies take advantage of them paying them very low salaries, and thats if they can find a job, becuase youth unemployent is around 40% in northern spain and around 60% in southern spain. thats why most of spanish graduates are going to the UK, france, germany, netherlands... i know italy situation is similar and thats because spain and italy both have vomitive politicians that only invest in their pocket...

Spain without any doubts.......
In Spain they work to live but in Germany they live to work. If you reduce existence to a mere relationship between productivity, work, and efficiency then Germany is the best country in the world because everything is centered around that. And then I’d add Japan.
If by the contrary you see life less in economic terms but more in leisure,
pleasure, playful, like a pendulum oscillating between the contemplative and the intoxicating then Spain is like no other country.

@@οτρόποςπουείμαι Real Europeans? Lol
@@οτρόποςπουείμαι
In the first place, I have not said that Spain is wealthy, I have said that there are other sectors that give more income than tourism, you should still improve your reading comprehension.
