Now that spring is here, I’m ready to tap into my creative energy and reignite my creative spark. So, come plan with me for May 2024! We’re going to do a lil April goal review, monthly goal setting for May, and a chill monthly reset in Notion. @@slowcozykelly it's quite simple actually, you can take your empty monthly dashboard and create a share link in the top right :) then people won't edit yours but can use it as a template.

This is great! As a similar sized channel I realize I still have SO MUCH to learn (different niche's of course!). I had put down in my goals to find someone that would be kind of a mentor/accountability buddy and that kind of jives with your goal of having a virtual coffee date with an inspiring person once a week. I'm so scared to reach out to people I find inspiring though, and I don't know how to find people who would be up for that sort of thing. Any suggestions?
One thing I did was to start off by reaching out to inspiring people who I already have a more friendly relationship with - past colleagues who have moved on to new cool projects, friends whose work I genuinely admire, or people I've connected with at IRL networking events who've expressed interest in me/my work. For me these people are a little less intimidating to send that initial message to, and the conversations are honestly just as inspiring :-) Then once you're in the swing of things, it starts to feel a little easier to send messages to people who you don't know well yet! But tbh in my experience, if you reach out to peers in your niche who are at a similar stage of their business/growth (even if they're strangers), so many people are more than happy to connect with their niche neighbors and exchange ideas!
