The lightcone of Ruan Mei on that site is wrong on english. In CN, her LC effect is:
Increase the wearer's Break effect by 60%. When the wearer uses their Ultimate, all allies DMG is increased by 24% lasts for 3 turns and if the wearer has equal to or greater than 150% break effect, restore 1 skill point. All Party Members at the start of the wave gains 10 energy.

@@chinchillinghere its a 130 energy ult cost. But with ERR rope and Penacony/Vonwaq, if u run her with Huohuo, she can ult every 3 turns with EAA

@@ozmcsween Yeah and that would still mean 120% res pen in total with Ruan Mei. They have messed up the LC leak description, whoever did it probably did it intentionally to create a drama. The correct description of the new changes of LC is somewhere in his comments section, go look it up.
