We also got the EVO II over to Milestone Motorcars where it'll be undergoing a full restoration to get it to museum quality. There was a movie in 1987 called "Cadillac Man" where Robin Williams was a car salesman. Yes there was a W124 300E and a smoke silver W126 420 SEL in the where the group of salesmen were selling. Patina, you are now the "Mercedes Man" where you can start a movie. I do like W201 EVO edition 190 and the C140. Very nice!

My apology Patina it was actually filmed in 1990. They had the 80's Mercedes. Robin drove the Cadillac Allante roadsters which Cadillac competed with the Mercedes 560SL at the time. Enjoy the movie.

The stance the body kits give the rear end on these ABC Exclusives ,Koenig Specials & Carats is awesome. Then the deepest deep dish wheels, OMG!!!! I grew up in the 70s & 80’s & chrome deep dish rims were the absolute last word in muscular style. Wide rubber just oozed power. Lamborghini Countach had the widest rear tyres in the game.
My first car ever was a 93 190e in that super red. My dad bought a black 91 and at 14 I wanted to be just like him and fell into the love of older Mercedes’. Before I could turn 16 a dude who lived down the road saw me on my bike and asked what we would sell it for. Me not having experience in that question I told him 2800. He saved up all summer long and showed up to my house with cash. Valuable lesson I learned that day, everything has a price.. we bought it for 1200 put 250 into it and it was gone a year later. Since then we’ve bought a 300e and then fell into buying a Jaguar XKR for 500$. Thank you Patina for making my dream car a visual experience with videos like this
The Evo 2 is a piece of mechanical engineering masterpiece. Completely standard and looks amazing. Can't wait to see the finished project hopefully it's a 1 time back to bare metal nut and bolt restoration 😍
