- August- september is crayfish time in Sweden and so does the perch think too.
In the end of the summer the crayfish are shedding their shell and becomes an even more vulnerable for predators like perch and zander. If you haven't tried a Crayfish patten before it's about time, they work great.
Buy the way Carp and Pike loves them too.

Very nice crayfish. Haven’t seen you for a while. Glad you’re back……. Thank you Niklaus!!! 👍🎣🦞
Thanks man👍
Hi Niklas,
I have from day one of my fly fishing, gone for pike and perch. This was in the early 70:s. "Steal" my father tying equipment a day after school when i was 13.
Still have small plans every year to go for pike on poppers, or pike in the free water. Perch is a favorite and good to eat. Have tryed some crawl pattens without any big succes. This one looks very nice, as all off your flies.
Fishing keep me alive for nearly 2 year now, even do the doctor's dident gave me that much hope, when they told me abort my cancer.
Why do we don't live like every day could be the last????
I do that now, in a positive way. Happy for all good days and all good people around. Will lockout for more of your nice flies, from your stick.
(have one myself, makes the tying a plesure)
Have a nice day, and keep on fishing ..... you live longer

The claws are a slick idea. Well done.
hi Niklaus from Australia. i know a few fresh/salt water fish here that wud eat the hell out of this little beauty. stunning dude.
Hi, this Crayfish pattern looks very realistic to me so that perch or other species will attack this fly. Thanks for showing tight lines
TY Niklaus, we have so many california crayfish in France, I will try to tie some fly to test for pike or perch
Awesome work 👏🎣🤘
Great fly Nick. Thanks for sharing it.I would love to try this one for large mouth bass here in the states.
hello Niklaus, please let me win this very nice crayfish ; your video is fantastic like everyone Regards
Really cool looking 😁 I have tied crayfish based on your shrimp with foam pattern about 3 weeks ago. Just add some hackles as pincers but the double tails looks way better. Thanks for this video. Enjoyed it as usual 👍 I will try to tie it for sure 🦞
Hey Niklaus awsome crayfish, i hope to win this patern so i can tryout for some big ass Perch fishing. By the way i have won long time ago that cool sculpin fly and gues what... i had a strange catch on it.. a GRAYLING... OMG unbelievable.. hope i see you on Perchpro too... greatings from Bavaria Germany 😉😎🎣
Cool man! Yeah that sculpin pattern works great in fast water, especially for trout but big grayling as well ;)
Amazing fly again! Would love to try it out!! Best wishes // oskar
I like what I see, really nice crayfish pattern😊👍👍
I like it!
That fly will do real damage for perch population in Turku arghipelaco 💪🏻
Mr Bauers back! Really cool fly man, with really nice action in the water.
Rekommenderat klass #6 spö till denna?
Tack för bra videos 🎣👍🏻
Tack! Japp, #6 - #7 funkar perfekt!
Gött tack 🙏🏻
Amazing fly as always, I hope I win one one day! Thanks as always!
Nice Bubba Gump crayfish pattern 🦞
Just a beautiful pattern :)
Great fly!
Great looking fly that I think would work on some crappie and maybe bass here in Oklahoma. What vise is that, if you don’t mind saying?
Yea there's no way I'm gonna be able to tie that. Think I'll buy one or two instead 🤣
Cool pattern, but a lot of effort and time put in. Wouldn't it be more effective to tie a simpler pattern, that catches also good?
Sometimes it's about how fun it is to catch fish, sometimes it's about how fun it is to tie flies. :)
@@FlyDressing and the best thing is to combine the fun. 👍
