2- Transverse Processes of L1 - L4
Functions:
1- Extensions of Trunk @ the Spinal Joints
2- Lateral Flexion of the Trunk @ the Spinal Joints
3- Elevation of the Pelvis @ Lumbo-Sacral Joint
4- Anterior Tilt of the Pelvis @ the Lumbo-Sacral Joint
5- Depression of the Rib 12
Nerve:
Ventral Rami of T12, L1, L2, L3

Brilliant content, i am a SMT in training and found this incredibly useful. The way you explain the anatomy and methodology is spot on. Only constructive feedback would be on the filming, it was giving me motion sickness. Needs to be more steady and smoother. Other than that, amazing. Have subscribed! Keep up the brilliant work.
