@@chidinaya8548 Yes! The rates are good, but the noise, not so much. The apartments are surrounded by a post office, a produce company and townhomes are currently being built. It may be more quiet, if you live on the "inside", like the even numbers, but if you're facing the parking lot or the street, the sounds are endless.

Its unfortunate this a thing in Houston that we have to deal with. Im in the memorial area and looking to move once my lease is up. I hope you found your ideal place!

I hope you didn’t go with the Flats. There’s so many problems. 😂 Pool is always getting shut down, no package lockers anymore so it’s delivery service only, parking garage gate keeps getting busted. It’s a mess. Lol
