    These Omelettes are a quick and easy way to get some sardines into your life
    This i ate with ripe plantains
    List of ingredients :
    1 can sardine
    2 Eggs
    Eskellion
    1/2 Scotch Bonnet Pepper
    Black Pepper
    Grace hot Pepper Sauce
    1 ripe plantain

    Sardines mercury content is very low ..
    Sardines are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals such as:
    Vitamin B12
    Vitamin D
    Calcium
    Niacin (Vitamin B3) and Iodine
    And Remember when it comes to the powdered Seasonings Always
