Congratz 🎉 Did you change any of texture map after you import model from skp? I mean what about bump, reflaction maps? Does Twinmotion create them auto!?
almost all the textures only use the base color, for reflection I only set it with the features in twinmotion and for Bump I use the Raw Camera Filter in Psd and adjust it with the texture features

you had enough natural light, why did you have to use artificial light from the ceiling?
it is the basic theory of lighting, 3 point lighting. the goal is to avoid the dark side on object or make it more detail.
