Several years ago I was watching an episode of Pawn Stars when a customer arrived with a tub full of original Match box cars still in the original packaging. The old man was as giddy as a 3rd grade boy and offered BIG $$ for the collection. In the future, I see the same reaction to anyone who has collected all of BENU's pens. Kate is an angel who brings so many colors and delights to the world around her. Big respect and ❤ for BENU pens!
I bought my first BENU in 2016, the Briolette Arabian nights. And since then many, many more BENU pens followed. I don't ever dare to count them, and more will follow given BENU keeps producing amazing pens...
Wonderful video. Very interesting to see the face of Benu ) and finally there is at least one Armenian working in the industry - the hand painting artist that was mentioned. My humble fountain pen collection fits easily into one average-sized hand and does not yet include one by Benu, but it certainly will soon. At least two, one for myself and one as a special gift for a very special person. Gifts should be made with care, courage and passion. As for the prototype you showed, Kate, I'm sure it was plain black because it's a functional prototype, no need for that to have special colors. However, it's got amazing shape that doesn't need color, flat black looks amazing! It'll also look great in any bright scheme too but please keep black in mind... :)
The hand painted ones that you showed are certainly next level amazing to my Le Petit Prince. You make amazing pens, I'm a big fan and collector of your beautiful pens. Thank you for the joy they bring 💜 I look forward to more beautiful pens being released in the future. 😊

Benu has quickly found its niche in the market. This is really a hard thing to do in any industry. Even though I'm yet to find a Benu for my conservative self, I think there will be something that will eventually come up. The colors and patterns are really bright, unique and flashy but the pen designs themselves are quite pleasant and I like it. But I don't necessarily want them to cater to everyone, I want them to be themselves and make what they believe in and play to their strengths.
