      Hello. I've already tried to do this but I didn't succeed because I have busier days than others at my office and sometimes I don't have time to film. But I'm keeping it in the pipeline anyway, maybe for a quieter period at my work. Thanks for watching ☺️

      @@easyfrenchdiet I understand, can you give us your macros for the day then? High protein isn't easy.

    • @easyfrenchdiet
      @easyfrenchdiet  Місяць тому +3

      Hello. In general I eat 80 to 120 grams of animals proteins per day,. It's high protein for me as I'm short (1m60) and pretty slim (51 kilos). The minimum protein just to survive (just breathe) is 0.63 grams per kilo of weight because we lose nitrogen every day and it must be replaced through our diet. High protein is easy for me as I eat a lot of cheese (27 gram of protein for 100 grams). Our needs are individuals and depend on our height, weight, age and level of activity so what works for me may not works for you. Have a nice day 😊

    Comme toujours chez vous, un film d'une journée raconte une histoire complète. Le canard était une méga surprise ! Je cuisine aussi du magret comme vous, d'habitude avec une purée de pommes de terre à l'italienne (pommes de terre et poireaux). Je vais aussi essayer avec des figues, dès que possible, merci pour l'inspiration. Le cahier de recettes m'a fasciné dès la première fois. J'en ai aussi recettes de ma mère et de ma grand-mère, écrits sur des feuilles séparées. De vrais trésors. Encore une fois, merci beaucoup. Bonne soirée🙂

      Merci 😊 je suis ravie que ça vous plaise et que vous trouviez ça utile. Oui le livre de recettes de ma mère est très spécial et précieux, un vrai trésor comme vous dites. Je suis ravie car je l'avais égaré à un moment et fort heureusement je l'ai retrouvé. La purée de poireaux c'est effectivement une bonne idée. J'aime bien aussi avec de l'orange et du cognac' j'en fais parfois pour Noël. Et bien sûr du foie gras. Je filmerai peut être ma recette à Noël d'ailleurs. Merci encore 😀 passez une bonne soirée vous aussi.

    Hi! Thanks for sharing! Aren’t you bored sometimes with your breakfast? I mean it’s usually all the same every day (every video). Have you counted the macros of the whole day of eating?

    • @easyfrenchdiet
      @easyfrenchdiet  Місяць тому +9

      Hello. I never get tired of this breakfast which varies a little bit from one day to the next. For example, sometimes I eat eggs instead of cheese. When I like something I can eat it every day without getting bored. I didn't count the macros, I don't count anymore because now I instinctively know what I need without thinking about it. I just pay attention to my protein intake as I want it to stay high. Thanks for watching ☺️

    The duck looks amazing. Not something found commonly here in the States, unless you hunt or raise your own. I actually don't know anyone who's eaten duck. Goose used to be a thing for Christmas but not anymore. Same blah turkey which people have resorted to frying. Maybe we would enjoy duck more! Thank you for sharing.

    • @easyfrenchdiet
      @easyfrenchdiet  Місяць тому +1

      Hello. Duck is fattier and therefore tastier than turkey. that being said i think that with a good chicken that still has its skin, duck recipes can be try and work perfectly. For Christmas for instance. Have a nice evening ✨

    I have watched a couple of your videos and i love that you can have lunch at home on a work day. I have been thinking about upping my step count too - did you walk home for lunch then walk back? I feel like this is a great idea but sometimes i feel like it's a hurdle. I don't even live that far from work...

    • @easyfrenchdiet
      @easyfrenchdiet  Місяць тому +1

      Hello, when I have lunch at home it's because I work from home. On the days I go to my office, as you can see in some videos, I eat on site at my desk and it's usually a picnic because there's no kitchen to reheat or store. I couldn't go back for lunch because I work 45 minutes from home, so the round trip would be 1:30 just for the walk. But when I go to my office, I walk to go in the morning and I walk back in the evening too. Thanks for watching ☺️
