Commenting about how it would be pulled over is pointless. Adding to that, under the Canadian TSA and federal regulations, a vehicle could have ten light bars and a dozen light emitting modules on it (in clear lens). As long as they do not light while in motion. Even Amber ON while in motion can be illegal without proper permit or application. From Canadian standards, this package does seem a bit much. However, each location is unique on requirements.
No, and non will pull over for amber They are just warning lights to show their presence in area I prefer green over amber for security because people will think its some road side working or construction or tow truck vehicles when they see amber so green nowadays is widely used by security which seperate them from common construction or tow vehicles also in some states and in Canada vol firefighters ems use green and people are encouraged to pull over for green and people actually do so green somewhat become some serious lights like reds or blues
