I worked for CWPS a few years back, they are one of the more squared away Security Companies in Southern California. This is one of the few smaller companies (compared to Multinational firms) that has 1. Decent pay rate 2. Significant logistical support 3. Decent number of sites. I highly recommend working for them, if you are a Professional Security Officer in Southern California.
I did not see a PA mic.. what is the speaker for? Personally not a fan of anything Feniex related. What is the rule in CA for red lights on security? Saw them on the rear, thought it could only be white, amber or green.
Sorry we don’t provide vehicle up fit services, we have everything in-house. When we are ready to retire one of our vehicles (normally every 3-4 years) we will either put it up on the market place FB or Auction with an option of with or without equipment.
Thanks for the heads up.... This our first “mostly Feniex” up fit and I have to say I am bit disappointed with them, it seems their product quality has gone down.
@@SD-hv2er I took apart a Feniex 2X dash light to remove the window shroud and it fell apart into pieces. The plastic piece that holds the threads to screw in the tightening nut just broke off. It was used mind you. My T3 and Fusions work well though. I currently have a Federal Signal XStream now, just need to install it.
@@kishanpatel2036 Oh wow. I was hoping it would be fixed on the newer ones but I guess not. Have you sent it in for warranty? I installed my XStream and it's great.
Ok SD1, I am new to your channel and have upfitted all kinds of Ford POS for CA Security Companies. Care to reveal how you can get a dealer to supply you with public safety only vehicles?
It is no secret .... I thought I have explained it in one of my other video comments. Ford does allow exemptions for private sector in our case (security agency) if the private firm meets certain requirements. First the company/agency must have an FIN Ford Fleet Identification Number In order to do that the company/agency must have at least 20 vehicles (Fords) in their fleet. For at least two years prior to applying for the FIN. Please bare in mind this was the requirement about 5years ago when we gotten it. It might have changed now?🤷🏼♂️ IDK... Then the company must apply thru the dealer for permission to purchase these type of vehicles, (basically explain) the use for them. It is up to Ford corporate to either accept or deny the requests. Once you get approved for the first batch, you are good to go to order all of the PIU, PRU or SSV you need ... That is it in a nut shell.
Yo', what happened to the siren, isn't that a Po-lice car, all police cars should always have sirens... Oh I get it now, it's a security vehicle, security vehicles are not allowed to have sirens, especially in my state, in my state, Tow Trucks, utility vehicles, security vehicles, and state troopers are only allowed to have lights, but no sirens, (which is absolutely not fair, after all they really do need them, weather it's illegal or not) I'm serious, they do need sirens, if I have to go to court, and ask them to change that law, then I will.
The sirens and lights cannot be hooked up inside the vehicle there has to be an actual light bar on the top not in the inside of the vehicle there can be light bars on the sides and in the headlights and brake lights but not on the top and that’s the truth of the matter of fact.
Love Phoenix lights, they're "attack'' pattern, which appears this Explorer is set to, is so badass!

Only amber in California
Make sure your contact gonrhino. You have the wrong brackets. You will notice at 83mph ands over bumps the push bumper shakes a lot.
Yes I did notice that, thank you
Do you guys install equipment in company vehicles or provide vehicles to companies that are already fitted?

Keep an eye on the door locks. There our drivers door lock went out on our Explorer. It's a fault with Ford.
There is a RECALL on these.
no siren?
And I want to see what it looks like
Bring it Tuesday morning
Yes
So CUTE! ❤️

No, standard factory

That isn’t code 1.. code 1 is no lights. Code 2 is only lights Code 2 high is only lights but sirens intersections, and code 3 is lights and sirens..
Code 0 is no lights... also know as off....
