Some things that actually helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I discontinued wearing hair ties because it causes tension breakage. (2) I started massaging my hair and scalp twice a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while leaning forward & holding my head inverted to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Covering my head while moving out to shield my hair from pollution. (4) Using soft shampoo again from liittleextra only to cleanse my hair.
I don’t like the medicated shampoos such as Nizoral and Ketaconazole, since it messes with my hair structure. Is there any other shampoo next to H&S to use and keep my natural moisture?
I am seriously suffering on this for months. I had hairfall issue. I overcame it- my hair was growing then this issue happened. Tried nizoral. Not helping. Having severe hairfall every single day. It’s frustrating

I don't experience flaking, but when water hits my scalp ( when washing hair;regardless of shampoo) my scalp gets very itchy. Is the itching from water indicative of a dry scalp?
If it’s only when it hits water and then it stops after a while then probably not. I think it’s just the water getting on your scalp causing it to itch in between your hair or something Idk. But after getting your body wet and then after it dries it does make your skin dry. I have no idea though bc it’s probably different for everyone . i k this reply had lots of useless information probably but i hope i helped a little bit :)
Nothing works for me than i have bath with warm water in which i add common salt ,oil and lemon juice it show 101 prcnt result now dandruff is gone and also it stop hairfall and give glowing skin..
@@usamasyed u left for meta verse now came back as dermatologist with no strong treatment of skin condition anyone can give steroids it's no big deal but the big deal is giving best treatment except steriods some people don't tolerate steriods and shouldn't be making fun of them and shame on dermatologist like who doesn't courage but being sarcastic

They are the most effective, just use moisturizer separately

does conditioning my hair everyday help with dry scalp? i heard that wetting your scalp is what makes it dry.
Or you skip the doc and can try witch hazel treatments in the scalp. Leave on 5-10 minutes and then shampoo.

Applying oil will decrease both problems you mentioned.

most 'scalp dryness' is usually seborrheic dermatitis which isn't actually dryness at all, it's overgrowth of fungal spores
