Replacing C7 Corvette trunk lift support struts

The trunk struts in my 4 year old Grand Sport failed and needed to be replaced. I thought I'd make a quick video for those that are looking for a reference. The OEM struts are a little pricey so definitely shop around. I thought I paid $16.99 each for my replacement struts but turns out that was for the pair!

Thanks for posting this. I have a 2016 Z51 and I sometimes have to fight with it to pry the hatch open😂, especially if the doors are closed.
