Hecking love him! A lot of people dislike him cause of his hatered of Midoriya and class 1a, but it makes a lot of sense. Monoma probably worked his ass off just like everyone else in 1a, just to have a chance to get in to UA, and when he finally does? Nobody even knows. Everyone says he's overreacting and that as long as he tries his best, he'll power though, but he knows that the more popular class will have much better chances then them when it comes to recognition.
Attic House I don't love him but I don't HATE him either, he can be very annoying, but I understand his point of view. Besides, his attitude makes some scenes very funny ( I love how Kendo always finds him and karate chops him lol)

If you think about it, Monoma is actually pretty caring, he keeps trying to find faults in class 1a to make himself and others in class 1b feel more equal to them. Especially since a lot of class 1b have very strong quirks. They were probably upset about not getting into class 1a. Monoma (in his own eccentric way) is trying to make them feel more equal by pointing out class 1a's faults.
