Let's see. They look exhausted all the time, similar faces and expressions, don't have a lot of emotion in their voice unless pissed off, definitely don't have very physical Quirks but they can affect those of others, and are often depicted as cat people.

I greatly recommend Rave Master, it was really great with good characters, it's such a shame the author left it to make Fairy Tail.
