Thank you for the in depth review. I have a 10am cytoscopy appt. tomorrow. The transural US showed 80cm but no mention of a median lobe. Have catheter 6 weeks in w 2 trials that failed. so far the recommendation upon rectal exam was Urolift, but this was when the est. was 50cm. Will update tomorrow when available
