Thank you for being a good teacher ma'am. I learnt how to calculate for curtains from you over 7years ago and am doing good with my business here in Lagos Nigeria. God bless you Ma.
Wow, I’m pleased to hear that and I’m happy to know that you are using it in your business, well done. I pray that you be successful and prosperous. Thank you for letting me know, if you can send me some of your pictures by email, I would love to see some of what you have made over the years.
I too make drapes and blinds for people. I live in Canada and we do things the same way here. I love your instruction videos. They are very informative and you get right to the point. I will be starting my dummy roman blinds for a customer tomorrow. I will be sure to check your videos for anything I am making in the future.
Thank you so much for this video. I now feel confident to go ahead and make a Dummy Roman Blind. Your instructions are so clear and you give time for the information to be taken on board. Thanks again!
i saved your vid, bcuz you do things precisely and you explain in detail w/o overdoing it or making something simple difficult. i also love the neatness of your work. i wish i could have seen the blind out, as well as, neatly tucked. i'll in the next few mos. be making btwn 9 and 12 of these w room darkening fab to line.
Nice video. Good instruction and tips. I think I would like to see more of the folds rather than having them all tucked under the front one. I like what you did with the wood strip and suggestion about velcroing it to the window.
Forgive me for not doing your request. My workroom is not ready to be used as yet so I’ve got to think about the easiest way I can show you but in my mind under a Roman blind, it might cause a bit of a bump at the front which may look ugly, giving the appearance of shoulder pads. Because you’re going to need Velcro at the top of the return and underneath the return, so when you put the return on the mechanism, you need the Velcro on top to receive the Roman Blinds and that’s where the pump will occur.
I love this video and your very clear instructions but... I don't really see the point of all that work only ro end up with what is basically a pleatd pelmet
fantastic idea , your dress is nice desree, however it would be nice to see shot of blind dont read idiots comment below ,obviously they cant take simple instruction, well done im makking mine tommorrow
Easy to follow video - Nice slow delivery of information which helps loads. Thank you.

Hi des, could you possibly do a tutorial on how to add a flap/return at the side of a roman track to hide the track end? X

Very interesting but need to know about the vertical ones too.
Love your tutorial, I would like to see the fold a little more.
I love this video and your very clear instructions but... I don't really see the point of all that work only ro end up with what is basically a pleatd pelmet
I totally agree with you, but it was requested to be made and made it I did.
I think if you had a 7 inch fold at the top then an 8 inch below and a 9 inch below that it would look like it was bunching like a real blind
Ok thanks
Good job you done but you need to make to of them long so you can see then underneath like a step
Thank you.
Thanks so much.
