Chef, did this recipe yesterday, the bananas were not sweet hence increased sugar from 120 to 140(light brown sugar) it was fabulous. Thank you and God Bless You!

How much flour? The recipe says "10 flour" which means absolutely nothing
If you read he recipe he uses 10 grams to coat the berries.
If you read the next five ingredients, you will see 260g of flour. Read the full recipe before complaining
Did this again for someone dear with the exact amount of sugar etc and yes!, it's perfect the brain craves for sugar first but the perfect taste comes together after the 3rd munch! Thank again Chef!
