Plus 1.57 is very good 👍🏼 and it was a damp/drying track

@@jamesbriscoe2537 what turbo was it? Stock, or an aftermarket one?
@@alex98uk turbo technics s270. But it was a second hand unit. I need to wait till get a full breakdown of what's caused it but have been wondering if it might be related to oil starvation and if putting in a baffled sump may stop it from future. Like I said though need to get the full diagnostics

No not really he helped me with my lines and braking points and I don't think I'd have done so well without following him.

Why would he be embarrassed? It's a track day for fun and a bit of competition...which is fun. Bet he loved it. Knew also when to slow it down...as soon as the whether came in.

What size are the MRF? I didn't realise they did them in 16". I'm using 205 45 16 atm
These are 195 50 16.
How does the msd map power feel compared to the trs ? Also have you had it dynoed ?
It was on msd dyno and made 325bhp. It very good but to compare is not apples to apples. The msd map makes more boost and more power and it torque based closed loop whereas the trs map was just open loop boost. I'm very happy with the msd map.
@@Sparkplugsteve gotcha, was you not a fan of the trs map? Or was it a case once the engine went you wanted a change

I got raped this day with clios and fiestas. First time at oulton with first time with the E30. was great fun though! Fiesta looked quick.
I remember you and car looked nice. Thought it was the driftworks BMW when I first saw it.

Track limits. I run wide on the exit of the last corner

Are you still using your aem meth kit and injecting just water?
Yes I still have it on all the time. For this event I used 20% methanol for the first time.

That clio is a way better track car than the fords why didn't u go for a better and more reliable car
I like the clios but they break gearbox synchros for fun. Do your research before trolling. 🤪

Simple bolt one and the fiesta st is 350 hp….. and the clios don’t corner any better, only cool thing about the Clio is the n/a engine but. That’s it
@@ayrtonowen2703 the reason the st is 350 is because its tuned if not they r about 220
