I hope you guys enjoyed! What did you think about the new golf cart? 😂😂 We have a lot of things in the works so make sure you have your notifications on so you don’t miss anything! And make sure to vote on the community tab polls so I know your opinions on things going forward!
We have x3 eurys and a crestie, honestly the eurys are amazing and great for older kids. My 10 y/o daughter loves them so much. Really easy to handle and seem happy to be handled. They have proper little personalities.
@@tmreptile Exactly, to be honest I just thought with them being so small they'd be cool but not that interesting. How wrong was I, best gecko I've ever owned.
Golf carts are so much fun and I don't even golf. 😂 I've had a few near death experiences. Lol! I've been wanting to get some smaller geckos one of these days and you've piqued my interest with your eury's. They look so freaking cool and being handleable is a huge plus. I do have a non-eury question for you. When do you start offering a lay box to crested girls? My biggest girl is 43 grams. She would be laying duds of course. She's still in quarantine with paper towels and isn't showing signs of carrying eggs yet but I don't want to take the chance of her getting egg bound just because she doesn't have a place to lay.
@@saralou123 They really are haha And as far as lay boxes I start giving them out around the 35g mark or so. Just a little before they should start laying. If they’re a frog butt, maybe around 30g
This is just my opinion but once they’re over 20g they’re probably fine to have it. Clearly they won’t lay for awhile but it will help them have an easy shed when they do have one
@@tmreptile Thank you! Knock on wood, I haven’t had any shed problems with Castiel. He’s been here since March. The friggin humidity here, even with a dehumidifier running 24/7, rarely gets below 60%. 😩 I’ve been tossing around the idea of getting a second one. I only spray like once every 3-4 days because it takes so long for the humidity to drop. But I’m definitely going to get the girls a lay box. I didn’t get to it yesterday because I took a “nap” aka went into a coma for several hours. OR I may just put some substrate in the bottom of their quarantine bins. I don’t know yet. I need to order a couple more computer fans for the ladies to help lower the humidity. 🙃

They’re definitely underrated and idk why. I think it’s just the lack of people talking about them

What's the correct amount of food for Toes?
There’s not an exact amount
I'm going to an animal fair in November and I'm buying a tokay gecko 🎉
Nice! That’s awesome
