- It's a productive and cozy day in my small business as we get a huge bunch of new products and tests including our brand new Apparel range using a Print on Demand company
🎀 We also unbox some brand new stationery items, using a brand new manufacturer for our notepads and new A4 desk pads
🎀 I also show you how I keep my stock keeping units, and organise hundreds of stickers for my sticker shop!

Does anyone else get disappointed when @Katnip videos finish….no matter how long they are never long enough. I’d love to live nearby too so I could come in at weekends to help…..all those pastels and wonderful products I could help organise (my fee a sticker 😁) xx

I honestly would really, really love to buy some Katnipp clothing to show support and show off your clothing in the public world, but I'm a bigger person and need sizes like 5XL and 6XL. Also, I cannot tell how much easier the weekly planner and doctor's appointment stickers have made to my life and my household, being a primary carer. Thank you so, so much for them in particular, I love them! ❤

I love the pet vet visit stickers!!!! I would love sets with snakes, turtles, isopods and lizards (bearded dragons, personally :3 ) to mark feeding notes on my lil calendar. They don't even need text, just an open little writing box would be perfect.

First of all -- there is nothing stale or ho-hum about any of your vids! I am loving the new chatty format and the larger type. I usually am working in my studio while watching/listening to your posts, so not crazy about having to stop to read the text. Make sense? Anyhow, excited to see your comparison of the US POD company as I am in the US. Can't wait to see your phone cases -- I design and sell cases and they fly out of the studio -- so be prepared for a whirlwind when you get them in stock! Your content is GREAT!!! With the sweatshirts have you thought about a pre-order so you can get some money upfront, then doing a small realise for people that missed out? I think that the Katnip branding inside just makes them extra special but understand how hard it is to do.
Love a sweatshirt with your designs, but would really want it to have your signature or logo too!

Some PODs do have custom labels & inserts look into printful or printify you can get samples before you put them in your shop. They also have larger sizes as well. I hope this helps.

I'm UK based and only keep a small stock of tops. I use DTF and make my UK Orders myself and use a US POD supplier for my US and Canada customers.
This works for me as I don't have to keep lots of stock and help control

Instagram is not a good place for artists, or so I feel. I can't keep up with the reels and uploading schedule of others AND i do hate shortform content. Which is why i am so happy when i see you uploaded a video. it makes my day, every time. i dont think your content is stale, i love the fact you're not going with trends and just show us what you are doing and how you are working. keep it up
I've been working on some hoodies pod as well. With a company offering AOP so I can have my logo printed on inside neckline with the care label. I need to set aside a day to plan a model photoshoot sporting one of my new hoodies 😁

Try using a peel and stick shelf covering for your tables to give them a refresh.

I’m so happy I found your channel. Your stuff is adorable. Have you thought about using a durable shelf liner on your wood tables? If people are using them in kitchens and bathrooms, I don’t see why you couldn’t create something you love with them too.
I was laughing when u said hang it on your radiator 😅😅because I just leave them all over the house. It gives off humidity in cold cold Michigan 🥶

I think in general the engagement on most short-form content (and even IG in general) has gone down because people don't feel as connected to the creator on Reels. The most engagement and loyal audience is still on UA-cam because on UA-cam the audience chooses to watch your content, whereas Tiktok/Reels is just showing you content on the FYP

I am so excited for the wee ducklings to come out! :D As well as the adorable happy Bumblebutt on a daisy in the same collection. Beyond excited for this, as well as the lilac collection coming out too! It's a major bummer that your tumbler-making presses went ker-plow within a week or so of one another, so major finger crossing for you regarding the new machine that you were sent. I hope that it pans out for you! And seeing all of the re-stocks of stickers is incredibly satisfying and I love it. It is a calming portion of your vlogs that I enjoy watching and makes me feel very calm. I can't put into words exactly how, but it just does!
Also, will there be a future update regarding investing into the Roland? I know you had talked about it a few vlogs ago about being ~85% certain on which direction to go, but am so curious if that's something you'll be doing!!

Content isn’t stale- I think that a lot of the media apps bottleneck content. I have to search out a lot of content creators that I follow- they won’t show up in my feed
Oh which company is that jumper from? Is it a printify one? It looks like a different one than the printify jumper i ordered for a test. I love the thickness of the fabric you had and the way it wears. Im looking at POD atm too

Are the white ones polyester and so they have sublimated them? As i know with coloured tops so the image colour is clear you do habe to have a white sublimation layer under and then you sublimate ontop of the white sections though it has a texture
Apparently when we reached out, they said it’s the same DTG method, but in coloured garments they put a thick white ink layer underneath, which they don’t need to do on white 🤍 that’s why the texture is different because this ink soaks into the white more than when it has a white ink base underneath xxzz

Question about SKU's should you do it just for each collection of an item or should each individual item have one? To clarify I mean should each design have the same SKU or should you break it down further if you plan on having the same design with different color variations? Like each color would get its own.
To start with I have the same product but it comes in 4 different sizes. On top of that I'm doing color variations that feature the same design at the beginning until I can get more designs in place.
We do it for every single individual item so you can keep track of the stock! 🥹🌷🌷🌷🌷
