I'm always worried when you're moving machines near the feed barriers that a cow is going to get its head crushed, I'm glad that machine has a flexible rubber spout.

On the ptfe tape . The side threaded on to the fitting should have a bonded washer on it . Other side will be fine without ptfe tape .

Try pushing your mig torch towards the weld rather than pulling it away. Then the weld takes place in the gas shield, rather than next to it. Happy days.

I'm having similar fun and games with an old sawdust dispenser that I'm try to use for meal for the cattle, taking a wee bit of fiddling just to get feed rate right.🤷😂😂

I think the blair feeder i used had a bigger gap in the baffle plate, it defo fed out a higher rate of barley beef mix
