It only allows me to choose a single bluetooth connection. Or phone or motorcycle. Therefore, I connect only to the motorcycle and cannot use the application. I hope they can fix it. I have bmw 850gs ang samsung s22 ultra. Best regards

I have the same problem with my KTM.. It is because when you open the app Cardo Connect it looks like BT connection:-/ and it blocks one from two BT connections, what a stupidity..

Here is the best way to connect on a BMW Motorcycle (make sure your cardo and phone is NOT connected): 1) Put your motorcycle in accessory /turn it on. 2) TFT > Settings > Connections 3) Connections > pair your phone with the bike 4) Connections > Rider's Helmet > Pair new Rider's helmet > connect your Cardo (same as you pair the cardo to your phone method). And you are done! You are essentially connecting the TFT between the cardo and your phone. This method allows you to see and control your incoming calls, your music, etc. from the TFT and control them with the left wheel. Hope this helps.

Yes. That's the best way, but unfortunately you can't use cardo connect app.
