any thoughts on breathing diseases and breath work? (asthma curiosity's)

I honestly don't have the medical knowledge to know what sort of impact breathing techniques would have on something like asthma. I would check with your health care provider first and ask them about deep breathing exercises. Then if you have an inhaler and keep it handy. Then listen to your body, if you are struggling or having difficulty stop.

@@BlazeLeeDragon sorry i dont mean it like that its more if the breath is cultivating a spiritual energy would damage to that system change it? like could a paraplegic circulate chi in their legs if the meridians and nerves are severed? or is the circuit like light both physical and non physical?

@@BlazeLeeDragon Have you ever tried to map the overlap? like assume each spiritual system is a filter only whats true to all of them would rise to the surface.

@@billylionisnotagoat I have only had exposure to a very small amount of the many many faiths, religions and spiritualities out there. However I have come to the conclusion that many are trying to accomplish the same thing. If you've not seen it, check out my mountain theory video.
