Remarkably cinematic/film quality shoot and editing-presentation. It reminds me of a few dramatic product ads for theatrical products. The techniques themselves are interesting, and what your interpretations suggest was the rhythm and tempo of a fight during those periods. I've not see the Tor de Spana Sottano before. Most techniques tend to be blatant, a direct lock, grab, etc. but not as deceptive a manipulation as this one, very cool.
After studying for a while these past couple months, I have to wonder or even suggest a second interpretation. Artists of the period did not often make mistakes and seeing the two to three extra steps needed to engage, I wonder by the resting place of the opponent's blade if maybe instead of stepping into a down cut, if the player does not simply bait and step to the side, allowing them to step into the attacker's own step and catch them with a pommel strike. The attacker's blade in the picture almost rests under the player's arm nearly as if captured there.
Are you referring about the last technique? The code images are accompanied by text that is above them. About our interpretation we have tried to match the images with the text as much as possible. If you have a video about your interpretation, we will be happy to see it and comment it together
I like the step through for the pommel strike as a solution to the timing and range issue, but for Tor De Spada Lo Sovrano why did you decide to do a disarm where you keep the sword then a double arm bar instead of a disarm where the sword hits the ground and a thigh throw like in the pic shown at 1:04?

The first part of my reply was a compliment on your interpretation of Fiore's Pommel strike seen at 0:30 for I think it to be a very good option for the play. The second part of my comment was asking why you chose an arm bar and taking of the sword over a thigh throw where the sword ends up on the ground when the pic show seconds earlier shows a very different result than the one you demonstrated. I'm sure you have your reasons for doing it, and it looks effective, but it is different and I'm curious as to why.

I mean, everyone of us knows real fights are dirt and messi, and even with a correct developed technique, you are in danger of hurt yourself when disarm or kill a foe, specially with sharped weapons like knives or, in this case, swords, because he will be kicking and twitching like a worm, probably.
I dislike this fad of "bad ass" all black look that people are taking up. I'm sure it makes you feel like a bad boy, but it masks the motions of the fighters obfuscating the overall instruction. It's like Windsor in his black tracksuit pants - it's hard to see what his legs are doing. Also, could we see one cut that shows the entire body in side profile so we can compare it to the manual?
The black dress is the aesthetic our school has decided to have. If you do not like it, we do not care. I like a different version of the sword that is all. The axis is something I just like to play with. I have not had much time for reading books. I did see a few.
You're doing it all wrong. You're not supposed to apply force behind your "blocking" strike before the actual maneuvers. This is why in real combat you'd lose, because your moves take too many steps and time. The point of blade contact isn't to stop the enemy blade or even control/guide his blade from striking you, but to control/guide your own as you smoothly move in to grapple enemy arms/hands. These maneuver's end goals takes care of the initial worry about enemy blade control, so no need to control enemy blade in first stages. The goal of the move is to get in the enemy space as fast as possible and grab his arms preventing him from controlling his own sword before you judge his fate by slashing. So, the strike must be very undedicated and nothing but a feint. But your strikes don't look like feints but look like actual(even if light) strikes.
Now this is the best demonstration I've seen on how sword fighting is an actual martial art.
