maybe i am too late, but i would use curl products too make your hair look shorter than it is. I have long hair ( it reaches my chin and even a little longer ) but when i curl it it looks short like in the video. btw i have curly hair since birth but I still have too use curl products or i have fizzy hair. Good luck choosing !!

Tapered haircut is ultra rare in INDIA , in my state nobody could do that , I asked taper they give me mullet fade , and they did bad with the back , I live in ASSAM , If I could go there I sure would've got the haircut from you

@@zevvani ya bro my guy said it was a wavy-loose curly perm and used orange rods. Got it a year ago and now my hairs growing out so only the tips are barely curly

you should still to detangle it after you apply conditioner with a widetooth comb, it’ll get clumpy and you will lose that kinky curl look if you don’t. (speaking from 4 years of permed hair experience)

@@jburke412 does detangling ruin the curls though? I remember one time I just ran my hands through my dry hair(ik not to do it now) and it became hella frizzy and i lost a bit of the curliness. If I do it while my hair is wet with conditioner and a wide toothed comb, does it still affect the curliness?
@@squirtlesmells8174 that’s the whole point, detangle while it’s not dry to prevent as much frizz as possible and don’t try to get every itty bitty stray hair because in the end it’s unnatural and frizz is gonna happen

Abit late but blowout taper has more bulk on the sides and back compared to regular taper
