  • Here’s a Squid Game actress Jung HoYeon (Saebyeok) inspired 10 Min Full Body Cool Down Pilates Workout. I saw her doing some pilates poses, so I combined/modified them and turned it into a full workout so you guys can exercise like the Korean actress at home!     For me this workout is more a challenge on balance cuz the first half(like the mermaid pose and the standing ones, like king dancer) I think it will help me get better at balance! Thanks!

    please get me out of this country, everything has increased in price now all my family has to work in one job my only father used to work but my mother also has to work so I always stay alone at home and I'm so scared of being alone my family comes home at 19.00 every day now I'm waiting for them to come my mom is very tired from working her legs hurt a lot but still our situation is bad if my mom can't stand it i will have to quit my school and i will have to work i have to work as a 14 year old girl everything is very expensive we can't afford it all because of the economy and injustice it is very difficult to live in turkey please publish this😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
