If you mean emallie mugs then yes :)
Can you change between sublimation toner and regular toner?
Yes, you only need to remove the sublimation toners from the printer and reinsert the normal ghost toners or the other way around.
The printer will then briefly clean itself and recalibrate to the toners.

Which software program do I need to use for images?
you do not necessarily need a photo software.
If you already have a print-ready image, you can print it using the printer driver.
Otherwise, you can use any program available on the market to prepare or adjust your images.

Are these sublimation mugs or any mug can be used? Can these laser prints be applied to plastic cups for instance?
Hi, these are sublimation cups with a polyester coating. Plastic cups would very likely melt in the press.

Can the mugs be washed in a dishwasher or will that harm the image?
Yes! All finished products will be dishwasher save.
When im to late removing the paper is there a solution to get the paper of the mug?
Hi, unfortunately, in such a case, the cup is no longer salvageable and can be disposed of.
The paper must be removed immediately after pressing.
I find it difficult to remove the paper quickly enough to keep it from sticking on the mug. Any suggestions?

Use gloves if it is too hot or try using tweezers.

Für Transfer auf Textilien benötigst du Sublimation Toner.

@@aurelianfreeman1800 Das ist zunächst richtig. Dafür benötigst Du dann die richtigen Transferpapiere. Grundsätzlich gibt es zwei Arten des Transfers: 1. Sublimation und 2. Tonertransfer über beide kannst Du auf unserer Website etwas lesen. Schau mal hier:

Once sublimated the print will stay on the mug permanently.

Keine Ahnung wie du das gemacht hast. Ich habe das mit dem oki white toner mal versucht und bekomme es nicht hin. Ich habe leider das Problem das ich keine photos auf tassen kriege. Logos , Grafiken , kein problem mit multi trans folien. Photos geht einfach nicht. Jemand eine Idee?

Habe mit meine TASSEN PROBLEM, würde gerne wissen wo ihr eure Tassen kauft ? Bei Foto wird meisten jede 3 Tasse erst richtig gut . Schon viel Zeiten und Temp probiert . Komme keien regelmässigkeit hin. Deshalb würde ich jetzt mal auf Tasse schieben !!

I don't see any advantage of using this over a wet (inkjet) sublimation system. Seems like more work and poorer results.
It all comes down to volume and product type. For a higher volume job this is faster and cheaper.

Owais Graphics I believe he said HP LaserJet M45DW but tbh I couldn’t find that using google. I think there’s another digit. The ones I found are M451DW and M454DW, etc.
Im looking into these cause I like the idea of less maintenance. I moved and had to have my inkjet in storage for a while till I could get set up again and yep, an ink head dried up and a line clogged so its basically busted now. I also like the idea here that the cartridges are interchangeable, something not possible with the inkjet. I would get projects here and there and when i did, they were medium to high volume so the speed is an advantage I like as well. The quality is a question mark but I think it would be better using sublimation paper vs. copy paper. The cost is another pain point but if I dont have to run my printer every few days and run cleaning cycles every so often (which wastes ink) just to make sure the inkjet dont dry up and is running good then it might be worth it?? not sure yet.
Doesn’t look like all the ink transferred properly, looks very light and not as shiny as a tradition wet ink system.
