when i did my wall i just put a thick amount of light grey mortar on and pressed the brick into it. the mortar oozed out from between the bricks and i didn't bother with grout. 10 years later it still looks great.

Quick tip:You can buy electrical box extenders if your outlet is too recessed after adding brick. They can be purchased locally & come in different sizes & shapes. Great job!

Great video only thing i would change is the application of grout. I would use a grouting bag... less mess and more efficient

In the video I believe you planned a 1/4" grout line, but the finished layout appears to have a 1/2" line. Is the more narrow line doable? Thanks.

Where did you purchase the titegrab? I’ve searched Lowe’s and Home Depot and cant find it. Or is there an alternative to it. I was looking for the exact same thing you used to make sure it’s done correctly but all I’m coming across is the titebond proadvantage heavy duty construction adhesive with a totally different bottle look. Would that work?

On the gap between the wall backsplash and countertop backsplash, what did you use to seal it? Some people said use caulk while others said use silicone.

I just grouted it while grouting the tiles!

I think you can get faux brick paneling now rather than have to do individual bricks, grout etc.

I've considered faux brick before as well, but because looks utterly prefabricated (basically, fake), I've decided to do thin bricks with grout and it's amazing.

why grout and not just do a mortar bag and tool the mortar?

I was about to suggest this as it will save you hours of time from having to clean so much grout from the bricks.

fair play to u .but il be honest the finish is in bits . .the bond of the bricks is all wrong and why didnt u just grout the joints without the mess .
