With details of owner and office pics. Still no message from Google support. Almost It was about a week ago when the listing got suspended.
Okay, GMB support can take some time due to high number of reinstatement requests. You have to make sure that your listing is free from usual quality issues. Google doesn't allow that. You cannot disable uploading function for other people anyhow at this time.

It may be because you have more than 1 listings with the same phone number. You have to use one phone number with one listing.
