Sir m apna business change krna chata hu GMB m kis trh edit kr skta hu.
GMB se pahle apne business ko baki har jagah par change kar dijiye. Justdial, sulekha, indiamart, har ek jagah par business ki details change kar dijiye, agar koi website hai to waha par bhi change kar dijiye. Uske bad 2-3 week wait kariye aur fir GMB me change kariye. Sabse pahle GMB me change karne par Google listing suspend kar sakta hai.

I am NOT a legal person so my advice is purely based on SEO experience. Violation of trademark is a legal issue so you have to use 2 options. For GMB fill the form here support.google.com/business/gethelp and describe your issue. For the website, you need to report here support.google.com/legal/troubleshooter/1114905.
If you want to get this process go fast, you can hire a lawyer to go the legal way, that'll be fast. Google India is a registered company and it has to obey Indian trademarks.

IF (its a big if) you have a big enough place to have to separate businesses, technically you can BUT you will have to convince GMB's team (hopefully, on a video call) that both businesses have separate existence, separate entrance, separate setup. Also, your listings may get suspended first and you will have to file for reinstatement and request for video call verification.

As a frenchise owner, you should educate your members about GMB and tell them not to violate policies because it may ultimately affect your other listings too. You need to get in touch with a good local SEO agency that can prepare a plan for this.

Yes! GMB requires every business to use only it's real world name.
