You can create a listing for the head office as an office only and it will help them get knowledge panel at some point in time but there is no commercial benefit as such. A lot of websites try getting sales out of it but it just means they are not serious about being a successful ecom site. If a plan wants 500 km long runway, it probably doesn't want to fly.

That's a trucaller issue and you have to deal with them for the resolution. If you really want to solve it, get any inexpensive lawyer and send them a notice. File a case that Truecaller is defaming my business and then they will listen to you. Actually, apps like these will keep creating problem because they rely on the information provided by anyone without verifying it.

while i agree that there should not be a keyword or a location name in the name of GMB listing but if you search for dentist in gurgaon : more then 50% of listings(including the top ranking ones) have keywords or location name in the listing name. Can not report each and every listing.
I have clients in categories where 90% listings have spammy names. Shady buildings running something in the name of SEO training institutes are teaching all these to kids who are ruining map. These listings eventually get suspended but it discourages honest SEO execs.
