Is it me or does it look like Chad is leading the Warwick to answers with suddle.body movements. I have a hearing problem and i sometimes find myself looking at peoples responses.
Like he had been asked to do over and over! He's rude obnoxious. He's trying to trip mr. Warwick up. He's acting more like a prosecutor than a defense attorney.
I am hearing impaired and in court I can usually hear most of what the prosecutor says and hardly anything the defense attorney says. It's a very common problem for me. Don't know why they seem to speak softer.
I absolutely LOVE Judge Faren Eddins!! What a patient, kind, and thoughtful Man. His Mom should be very, very proud. I loved how he treated everyone with dignity, and respect, but I especially loved how he spoke to Mr. Warwick when they brought out the earphones and He said, something like, "We are grateful, or happy you are here, and we want you to be comfotable... " The look on the Prosecutor, who is also wonderful, to me, was priceless. It looked, to me, he was so happy to see Mr.Warwick being treated with dignity & respect that he had such a cute grin! 😏😁 I am so sad that this Judge won't be handling the whole trial, what a huge mistake that was for Mark Meanes and L. Cox, Ryan, Vallow, Daybell... Big Prayers for Kay & Larry 🙏 We should all have Grandparents like them, so Precious.🌺🌴

Sally Star he is rude because he has nothing that he can use to defend his client. Both Chad and Lori bought the farm so to speak. This is pretty much open and shut case. I expect that there will be many more charges to come. They married each other so one could not be compelled to testify against the other. They are done. All that is needed to finish this off is to send them off to prison for remainder of life...no parole...or kill them by lethal injection. That’s better than what the innocent children got. Wicked wicked people.
That defence lawyer, Pryor, is disgusting. At 20:44, he asks Warwick whether he ever had any trouble hearing or understanding anyone when they were speaking to him at the Daybell residence. Warwick says 'No'. Then Pryor INTENTIONALLY LOWERS THE VOLUME OF HIS VOICE to ask "So you're saying you never have any trouble hearing or understanding anyone during normal conversations?" Of course Warwick can't hear him & has to ask him to repeat the question, which means Warwick ends up undermining his own testimony that he would have no trouble hearing the conversations during the weekend at the Daybells. As soon as Warwick has to ask him to repeat the question, Pryor says loudly 'Ok, I'm sorry YOU DIDN"T HEAR ME' to reinforce that Warwick couldn't have heard every conversation at the Daybells. Then he looks directly at the judge with a smarmy sh*t-eating glance like "See what I did there. I made the witness look like a liar". Pryor doesn't even have a point to make. He's just using Warwick's disability against him, & Pryor's only purpose in doing that is to undermine the credibility of the witness & make it seem like his testimony about the Daybells can't be trusted. Which is what you do when you & your client don't actually have a defense.
This is a preliminary hearing, not a trial. I am hearing impaired, deaf. I hear by reading caption. This gentleman should have been provided captions or an ASL interpreter. The court must make accommodations for hearing impaired.

Alison Albritton it’s more important to keep asking Melanie if she has some kind of memory or auditory problem. This stuff happened a year ago and she doesn’t have a date book in front of her. I wouldn’t remember any dates either. Or times. And I wouldn’t have the times written down.

I find it disgusting how Pryor keeps making snarky rude comments about their hearing and comprehension of conversations. Jerk. The guy put a hearing device on, duh! The defense lawyer is hostile to this witness and deliberately refuses to comply with proper microphone protocol to embarrass this witness and mocks the witness for having trouble hearing.

Anyone want to bet that JJ was already near death or dead when Alex brought him in while he was “asleep”? I find it strange for Alex to have him, just to bring him in while he is already sleeping, then so conveniently he had to be called back over to pick him up again few hours later because he was out of control. Something tells me he was being drugged. Warwick said he acted as if he wasn’t there and didn’t acknowledge him when he tried to interact with him. This is a supposedly hyper child and even Lori claims he was out of control just shortly after being brought home. Makes zero sense.
Dave is my half brother that is why we have different last names. He worked construction all his life and for that he has lost his hearing. You people putting my brother down for a handicap are despicable! My brother lives a life or integrity and is the most honest person I know. You wolves out there that have know context to what you are saying while you make your assumptions, I would ask for you to please stop assuming that you have a clue about anything! My brother has never been in a court room short of a speeding ticket and I would be nervous the same! Add the fact he struggles with hearing.

I think maybe you don't know the whole situation. From all the many hours of things I have watched of Melanie Gibb she seems like a person who got sucked in and was already questioning lots of things. From seeing how the Police and Nate Eaton interacted with her they trusted her. Police are pretty astute.

In some homes, like mine, there is a peaked roof or an angled roof in the room said cupboards are located in. In that case, the cupboards and cabinets are built (we hope) squared and level. So you have straight line across the top of them. That makes and leaves a gap of space between the top of the cabinets and the room ceiling. Some homes put a ledge up there. Others ignore it. I have seen people put plants up there. It's that way in many homes.

This entire case has exposed the psychotic world of strange people who seem to function in their own reality and never seem to have to answer to multiple, unnatural deaths. When did it dawn on law enforcement that further investigation was urgently needed? So many deaths within a tight circle of acquaintances.

I have a hearing problem also , it is not as serious as some other situations but this thing pisses me off to no end! as evil as the three amigos were (Chad, Lori & her brother), i wouldn't doubt that they pre planned on using Melanie and her boyfriend as witnesses to seeing JJ alive the last time they saw him. thats most likely why they offered them to stay there instead of a hotel. He is the last person to see JJ alive because this guy slept in JJ's room that weekend he is nervous because he is guilty and not expecting these questions. He said the boy was unresponsive every time he saw him. When they asked where everyone slept he doesnt mention JJ. When they went to the offsite meeting with the "realtor" no one mentions where JJ is. Where was JJ when they were at the all day conference. It is sad to me generally when a person male or female knows that they are hard of hearing that they don't look into wearing a hearing aid. . I hope before the trial someone will help him. A world will open up and he will be more confident.

I have trouble hearing (at highest volume) every video I've viewed regarding this case from East Idaho News. I haven't had any trouble hearing same videos from Court TV. Perhaps East Idaho News can increase the sound.
It's been stated on reddit that David Warwick has polygamist beliefs and note that Daybell has claimed past life marriages with Lori, Julie Rowe, and Melanie Gibb. I think Daybell was trying to start a polygamist sect and Warwick shared in some of the wacky beliefs as Daybell.

Then Pryor INTENTIONALLY LOWERS THE VOLUME OF HIS VOICE to ask "So you're saying you never have any trouble hearing or understanding anyone during normal conversations?" Of course Warwick can't hear him & has to ask him to repeat the question, which means Warwick ends up undermining his own testimony that he would have no trouble hearing the conversations during the weekend at the Daybells.
As soon as Warwick has to ask him to repeat the question, Pryor says loudly 'Ok, I'm sorry YOU DIDN"T HEAR ME' to reinforce that Warwick couldn't have heard every conversation at the Daybells. Then he looks directly at the judge with a smarmy sh*t-eating glance like "See what I did there. I made the witness look like a liar".
Pryor doesn't even have a point to make. He's just using Warwick's disability against him, & Pryor's only purpose in doing that is to undermine the credibility of the witness & make it seem like his testimony about the Daybells can't be trusted. Which is what you do when you & your client don't actually have a defense.

Anyone want to bet that JJ was already near death or dead when Alex brought him in while he was “asleep”? So you have straight line across the top of them. That makes and leaves a gap of space between the top of the cabinets and the room ceiling. Some homes put a ledge up there. Others ignore it.
