Any chance of a slowed down version of how to remove the top casing? This video he literally just turns it on its side then turns it back and the casing just suddenly 'pops off'? There are no videos showing how to fix/ find fault with the top/ battery components....
Mine is doing the same thing and my pole trimmer acts like it doesn’t have any power. From your video are you just cleaning everything and putting new bearings in it? What size bearings? Also what grease are you using? Not sure what you are doing to the motor part.

At 2:09 you can see where he squeezes with thumb and finger. This releases the front tabs.
