I’m 22 and for a second i was like what? But Yh acne scars that cause dark spots are my problem too. Not like liver spots on the hands etc thats ageing.
Murad has the BEST dark spot corrector serum PERIOD! I've tried a good bit of them on the market... it's expensive ($72) but you can buy the trial sizes also... I like Korres also but it's still not as good as murad.
@Rhonda Brown Did you see results or a difference in 2 weeks? I just bought it this morning and I am excited! I have 2 spots I have been working on with a vitamin C serum and a resurfacing serum, but they are taking forever. I figured it was time to spend the money and try this! 🤩
@@rouser.3967 I made it part of my regular routine...instead of soap, I pour a bit of baking soda in my palm, add a bit of water to make a paste...if you have dry skin, you can add oil.wash that off, and apply coconut or jojoba oil to moisturize.dry brushing I do once or twice a week.

I have been avoiding the sun for about 6-7 years. My teeth are bad now thanks to this (and who knows what happened to my bones). I have used vitamin d supplement after the damage, but I felt something strange in my heart, so I decided not to avoid that much the sun. I am still afraid of it and the dark sports. I don't want to damage my skin. However, the sun has many benefits, too. It is a hard topic!
Perla Serrano it’s true, vitamin d from sun is good for you, so just put on sunscreen. We can’t limit our time in the sun but we can protect it from the sun and that time we do spend outside the sun is helping us with getting our vitamin d.
@@LarryOfilms The problem is sunscreen blocks the good sunlight, so there is no vitamin D when you put it on. :( Also you have to be really careful what product you use because many commercial ones have a lot of bad stuff such as parabenes which are really harmful.
Perla Serrano good point on the sunscreen but it’s been shown that parabens are not harmful, it may be out dated now that there are better chemicals but everything is a chemical, you have to think about it, it’s not good business to sell products that ruins people’s faces and most commercial products are backed by large corporations with large budget research and development. Not all commercial products are good but just like not all natural stuff is good.
Sigh* Walgreens keeps trying to get me to sell it at my store. It’s too expensive as soon as they hear $40 they’re like nah I’ll pass lol second I haven’t tried it myself so I don’t feel right pushing a product idk works myself.
@Mia I I just bought it at my local Walgreens this morning! I love the No. 7 line! The Radiance + is my favorite under eye cream. The other thing I love is shopping online because there are always like buy one get one 40% off. That is what I did. I stocked up on the Radiance +, go the Dark Spot Corrector and some other skin care by the line. My total was just under $100 but buy the time the discounts were added and I used the summer sale code I think my total came to like $46!!! I also have like $13 in rewards but I couldn't see a place where I could use that online so I just saved it for when I shop in store next time!🤩
I'm glad she didn't mentioned "eating food that has lots of oil in it, cheese 🧀, peanut and etc will give you pimples". Coz people be out here will lots of myths
I think we have two different types of dark spot definitions. Mine are from acne scars not aging. I know this because I mess with my pimples lol
Chrissy Got The Coils Me too

I agree! I exfoliate with baking soda+EVOO+castor oil and tone with witch hazel! My skin has never looked better!

"Oh wow" oh please Loni y'all definitely rehearsed this before it taped. But useful info regardless
I'm suprised the doctor didn't mention that dark spots can also be the cause of some health issues such as diabetes
because thats different topic all together in a way
@@acm4291 not really when talking about the health of your skin..

I saw this line yesterday at Walgreen and was like " What is this?" but I found it too expensive for not much product .
No. 7 is expensive. Sunscreen, protective clothing (hats, long sleeves etc.) And water does wonders.
My face is a sun spot. Y'all musta been reading my mind!
@1:54 Jeanie is looking at the doctor like she’s some snack like mmm wonder if I should ask her out later 😂
I DISLIKE sponsored segments! They're the worst. I find them disingenuous.
I agree All you hear is "woow Ohhh wooow"
LOL
I heard rose hip seed oil treats dark spots too
Not a bad price for that. I will grab 2 for my mama and I.
I got one today, target has this for 20% off so I paid $31

How do black people bleach their skin and turn white but I can't get rid of a sun spot?
Dark skin girl with freckles here!!! does it get rid of freckles?
Ronnie I wouldn’t think so. Freckles are something that your born with. Maybe laser surgery 🤷🏽♀️
I think I know what Dr. Dray has to say about this...
I live in Hawaii. I'm screwed.
Good info thanks the real...
The doctor is so pretty
Y’all am I the only one who thinks they all sound like they’re doing a school presentation or something? So over rehearsed lol
nope, that's because this is an advertorial. So essentially the doctor more than likely paid thousands of dollars to do an on-air ad.
what about the "ohhh woooow" part oh gawd.
All she said how good the product. This is suck there is no saying it take 3 months or 5 months to get rip of age spot or dark spot.
Damn 27 whole seconds I am so early!!!
i hate them. they just make your skin look so uneven
Yes ☹️
