- A beautiful day to ride through Kent Connecticut and bulls bridge area, Looks like the Condor 250 did good against the Groms, especially since the CG is a torque engine, not great on high RPM. Then DJ crashes his grom, Matt does tons of wheelies on his new Grom and I mess with the muffler to quiet it down a bit.

CG250 w 28mm nibbi carb: 0-50mph 6 seconds 0-60 10 seconds top speed 68 so far 73 down hill (stock modded exhaust)
STOCK RPS Condor w 150 motor performance, 12 second 0-50 mph, top speed 62 mph
Stock Jet 94.5 main 40 pilot. 100 main jet, 15t sprocket: 10 second 0-50, top speed 66
98 main jet, 16t sprocket: 10 second 0-50, top speed 65mph

BTW, stock 150 Condor is good in summer heat, was out in 110f heat and no problem, measured 230f at the sump/clutch cover.

@@MotoCheez One of the CFMoto dealers my friend and I go visit over in Vermont on occasion gets them all the time.
But they leave just as fast as they get them in. I don't think our own local dealer has gotten any of them so we haven't seen any as of yet.
The engine on them is an upright design like the Condor but unlike the Condor it is equipped with EFI from factory. The starting MSRP before the added fees is $3,000 which isn't bad. :)

Do you know what grom accessory parts are compatible for the condor with a few minor modifications?
I'm not too sure, the wheels, forks, swingarm will swap, rear rack will not

We've been having crazy rain in my area too. Just yesterday was one of the few decent days we've had in weeks to go ride our scooters. It's mostly been thunder & lightning, downpours and high humidity. At one point my weather app said we had 95% humidity from all of the constant rain.

@@MotoCheez Ya, some of the areas over by my friend had washout like you. Though it was mostly the areas that are going down hill from everything else.
One of the roads going by the Indian Reservation had enough washout on the shoulder that the asphalt broke off. Aside from the ends of driveways being washout too it's not as bad as it could have been.
There was some flooding here and there but as for me our house is on a hill. So if the flooding was bad enough to make to me the area would look like Water World. 😆
Groms are made in China along with a lot of modern smaller cc bikes and a few big bikes, it's just the fact they have more and better QC

klr250 I had was older, I think it was 20 hp. Lifan definitely feels like has more but it's been years since I owned the klr. and the Lifan is EFI.

Yeah if you want it, I know one of the motor mounts I think were cracked because the bolts were loose to the engine and he ran it that way awhile I'm sure you saw it in the video when I took the motor off

When I drove a 18 wheeler 🚛 My Co driver would say when we ended up on a road that said NO THRU TRUCKS... I said you aren’t supposed to be driving on this road, it says No Thru Trucks!! He said We ain’t Through are we ? 😂 He said we still making deliveries so 🚚 we ain’t through yet. Stupid idiot stopped taking those roads after we got up in your area of Connecticut and in the mountain regions trying to get to a customers house. When he took us down a NO THRU TRUCKS dirt road and ended up at a hair pin curve that went across a old metal single car bridge over a small river ! It took me walking behind the truck & spotting for him and him backing up about a mile on a curvy dirt road and We finally found a field without a fence that he could back into to be able to get our rig turned around and 2.5 hours later 😂🤣

I looked into that 300 kit with a cam and gaskets and the whole setup and you can almost get a six-speed 300 whole engine for a little bit more money

The condor might fit the counterbalance engine, it doesn't have the loop on bottom of frame. Counterbalance engine Won't fit hawk or magician. May do the 6 speed 300 in the condor in future

Because it’s not gonna be good when his crazy 😜 self goes down going that fast 💨. It only takes a rock or loose dirt in the road to send you down regardless of how good of a rider you are! Trust me I know!!!!! Been riding 🏍 since I was 10 and I’m almost 60 now. Three of us 2 Friends of mine and myself rode about 50 miles on Harley’s one day to a mountain 🏔 State Park the bikers frequent. We rode all way back and parted ways and about 2 miles from my house Cowboy 🤠 as we called him didn’t make it home. German Shepherd ran out in front of him trying to bite his front tire and he got in loose gravel on side of road and over the embankment he went. Needless to say he didn’t survive. He was just going home on a road he’d traveled 10,000 times before and in a split second it happened. He didn’t have a prayer he died on the side of the road before ambulance got there. But anyone like your friend who loves flirting with disaster is bound to find it sooner or later.
