Para fazer o caramelo basta só derreter açúcar sem água num tacho de fundo grosso, depois adicionar as natas quentes e manteiga. O seu caramelo não ficou homogéneo é por causa de água
Já fiz com água nunca aconteceu isso como o dela ficou Mas como vc disse não e necessário água eu nunca coloquei nem manteiga só o creme de leite e ficou ótimo
@@mayannemay6311 acabo de pesar todos os ingredientes... enquanto o bolo estiver assando, faço o creme numa panelinha anti aderente... não adicionarei manteiga. Normalmente, quando não me lembro de haver feito algo é porque não o fiz.
