Need a better production team and charismatic host. Thanks for watching. I have been having fun doing it. I think I’m getting close to a lot more technical parts of the project and am a little anxious to enter into that phase. Should be interesting to watch and for me experience.

@@occoug also in regards to your question as to why people are welding up the holes for the heater boxes Most people I've seen are doing that because they are running a Vintage Air heater and a/c unit under the dash. The channel called Salvage 2 Savage just installed one into one of their builds in the video they posted today. Also they had a nice idea on how to run the heater and ac hoses nice and discreet

On the heater there probley useing some kind of after market heat and air the hoses go thru the floor along fire wall kinda out of the way. You may know but if you dont get something made of copper to back small holes up when welding them up. i used a 2 inch peace of copper pipe cut down sides and hold it with grips. you can buy a tool for it they mit havem at the harber

Yes for now, just want to replace what is missing and repair what is needed so I can drive it as is. I did however buy an s10 as my back up plan!

Doing great man! Good progress and good video's once more people see them you will blow up. Your just like me doing it on your own just you yourself and you. I'm doing a 50 Chevy 5 window on a S10 frame with l96 6.0 ls motor and th400 trans.(hate to say it but...) I Already put a 8.8 explorer 31 spline rear end with 373 gears on the S10 frame that's as far as I got with it so far. Looking forward to more videos subscribed at the beginning ready for more!!

Tainted the Chevy with a Ford? Lol. That truck is going to be ripping! I wondered if I should have gone a lower gear ratio than the 3.73 where I’m hoping this will be a daily. Little late now though.

Yep only rear that fit easy enough that will hold up and I'm running 373s because I'm sure I'll be going with a 4l80e in the future for the overdrive but just had the 400 laying around so figured I'd use it for now. Depends on what motor trans and tire size your going to run as to if that gear will be good for daily driving it. But I don't mind the 3000rpm at 60 65mph with the the 400 And 373s had them in my 5.3 powered S10 didn't mind a bit just uses a little more gas but what's that right

I’m near Delta. It has been nice to have a supplier close to get parts from in Cedar City. Save a lot of money on shipping.
