Walleye fishing is so fun and they’re great tasting! My favorite freshwater fish to eat! Being a California native who grew up bass fishing I had to learn to fish for Walleye when I was stationed in North Dakota at Minot Air Force Base. That place was the promised land for Walleye fishing. And Pheasant hunting!
Also I discovered that a jig with Berkley Gulp was better for walleye fishing than the typical live minnow on a jig like all the locals used.
Awesome fun! I love walleye jigging in the early spring in Western Lake Erie. When it comes to cold water, it's best to pause the bait on the bottom so they can pin it. Jig like you're lifting a feather a few inches off the bottom works wonders. But hey, who am I to tell a pro how to fish. Should have kept the perch. They are the best eaters.
The color of those fish is absolutely amazing!!!!!!
Glad to see you out there still fishing like crazy Mike!
Never give up! Yeeeeaaaaaahhhhhh
Looks like ton of fun. I used go up to lake Erie couple times a year a catch ton of walleye, yellow perch, some smallies as well. Now I I've moved down south I haven't been back up there for fishing. I love bass fishing in kayak. But I also like fish for striper, crappie. Gotta switch it up here & there. I don't miss ice, snow super cold though. Winter down here is warm in comparison.
Go to black lake for crappie early spring with a kayak Soo much fun
looks very fun Mike.
Great stuff fellas! I need to book a trip up there with Will!
Guys, this is awesome, I laughed so much !!!😂
Hey Ike. What new rod is closest to the spinning abu Garcia villain 2.0? Love those rods

Going Ike!
Wonder what a perch suspending jerkbait would catch?
Will clute is a terrible person that’s one thing I know . Will looks taller than 4”11 standing besides mike but he’s really 4”11
Bad experience with will??
Never met Will or Ike
Just curious as to why you are saying Will Clute is a terrible person!?!?
