Despite the terrible weather, you knew you were in for an adventure when you heard this play. This was the point where you could start catching some really good Pokémon.

Fourth grader, about probably ten years old, a little older. You can do the math, my father told me the only way he would buy it randomly for me, was if I were to ace an quiz I had the day of release. So I do study, and I did get 100%. He purchased it, I sprinted towards our cushy basement and sealed off this thing known as reality, and let me tell you M8.

Route 4 is an underrated track. I really enjoyed this route as a kid, especially since it leads to relic castle, one of the best locations in the game!

One of the most underrated routes ever you can deadass make half a playthrough team on this route (darumaka scraggy sandile)
It’s been ages, but I still remember my initial feelings once I entered Route 4. By this point, I was already thoroughly impressed by Unova, even 10 years ago I already saw what an amazing game this was. The first few routes themes were fun, the battle themes got me energized, the city themes were fitting. But it wasn’t until I entered this area that the feeling of adventure truly began. There is no other theme quite like this one, one that just screams “time for an adventure!”
Every instrument was recreated perfectly! This remaster is great!
Unova really is the one region where all the Route themes are beautiful isn't it? 😊
Gen 4 is to & I despise that Gen yet I and nobody can deny sinnohs musical vibes being one of the best.
So much nostalgia from this theme....I remember my mind being blown seeing the overpass with trucks driving across it

Hoo boy nostalgia is hitting me hard
One of my favourite activities was to enter the route 5 in Summer to appreciate this masterpiece
After playing BDSP I kinda hope they just re-release Black and Black 2 in like a virtual console type of way instead screwing up the magic with a "Faithful Remake." Is that weird?
Perfectly sets in the mood of an adventure. As the top comments said, this is the point in game where you can catch some of the best pokemon in this region. Sandile, darumaka, trubbish, mincinno. If you even do some exploration and come back to route in b2 and w2, you might even find a hidden ability mandibuzz or braviary respectively! Going through the sandstorm, looking for awesome pokemon was soo fun.
Ah, the route of constant sandstorms and slow biking.

Ah yea, the sand is comin’ baby. Whelp, rip non steel, ground, and rock type Pokémon! This route was always fun for me, with the weather and the interesting things found around it in both B/W and B2/W2. Lovely remaster, Zame! You kept the feel and strength of this route and amplified it!

I hope if we get Unova remakes (most likely bw but could be bw2) hopefully the route music is like this or maybe something similar instead of how it is in the og bw, we could have a lot more instruments and it could sound a lot better

I know its not the same melody, but this route always reminded me of the Pokemon Stadium 2 Select your Pokemon music, but turned into a route theme.

I should really play the older games with sound more often. I have no memories of the original track at all.
There's Little difference because of the seasons in Black and White that's the problem but the Route 4 melody in this game in general is so good and looks like you have made it much better, if this game became 3D one day. Hope it doesn't flop like it did with Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.
How do you get these camera angles? If its a program anyone can access, could you direct me to it, because I'd love to explore Unova with different views of towns and routes.
As long as you're playing in a way that will allow you to input AR codes (E.g. action replay cartridge, emulator, etc), just look ""Pokemon BW2 Camera AR code" and you should be able to find the working codes fairly quickly! As far as I remember pressing Select + different button combinations is what changes the perspective
