First , I would like to thank uh for beautiful and knowledgeable video.. Also I'm having little doubt... I hope you will answer me . As you told in point 1 of problem that service can't be demonstrated but if we take example of advisory company which provides recommendation and trading tips they gives free trial as a demonstration. So here service also can demonstrated. M I right? Or any justification?? Please ans. Me

Today Consumer will go only to those Product who are providing outstanding Service Like Toyota/Honda/Audi etc. These Companies Take all 7 P"s into Consideration,But they Stress More on people and Process. These Companies Trained Service Marketing Person of Dealership at Par with OEM Level and Monitor and Audit processes, so that Customer Feel Valued and have Confidance whatever he Paid he get that Service.
